Get into the routine of drinking a glass/bottle of water first thing when you wake up, always before your coffee/tea or any food you have. Drink your water then wait 30-60mins before having your next thing

Hi Aaron... As a practicing physician for the past 31+ years, the most important addition I would suggest to your video is the importance of reapplying sunscreen often. It's recommended to reapply at least every 2 hours and while that is often somewhat impractical, I suggest to my patients to keep a small bottle of sunscreen all over - in the side pocket of your car, at work, at home, in your garage. And then use it... as often as you think of it. I believe it's the most important thing we can do for our skin, but it needs to be done several times a day. Nothing fancy... You have the sun protection in your am moisturizer. Then grab a few small tubes of sunscreen (trial sizes work well for stashing in places). Help to prevent premature aging, wrinkles and, perhaps most of all, cancer!

I get some dudes don’t like the promotion of a product and not just something that’s genuine but dudes take care of yourselves yes eat healthy workout and take care of your skin I see so many of these gym dudes on instagram and they think getting tan is all cool and then you see so many with hyperpigmentation, sun spots, bright red skin from burning in the sun and they think it’s attractive, it’s not fellas. If you think using skincare and sunscreen doesn’t make you look masculine or feel or look like a man then rethink your priorities and start putting the health of yourself and your skin first because you have one body and when you get skin cancer even if it’s not the deadly form it’s not a good experience to go through.

I am indian and in india boys find skincare is like for girl .but i do skincare as 21 year old boy . I do face wash before going to bed and after walking up and face mask once a week and use moisturiser day and night after washing fave and also do shave so skin look good and face scrub also
