We actually have a similar dish here in India, it's called the "Egg Devil" and the difference is that since we don't eat Beef and Pork a lot, we instead use a kind of Potato mixture and then fry it. Trust me it's good!

Chef tip. Don’t put your eggs in ice water. Gradually cool them down under water and it will make them peel easier. Shocking the eggs in ice water makes the membrane inside stick to the egg. Great recipe! 🥳🥳

That’s definitely not accurate. The age of the egg causes the membrane to stick. Fresh eggs are susceptible to this. A few days in the fridge helps alleviate the membrane from sticking. SCIENCE… also, your cold water theory is backwards.
