Great craftsmanship and I can feel the quality and the passion put into this. With regards to the Argentinian style grates, in Turkey they use the same style grates for grilling koftes (Turkish meatballs) as it catches the fat, primarily to avoid flames when cooking kofte and also gives an extra level of smoky flavor. I also have to say that the production quality and the content is just top notch! Great video to watch, can't wait to see this in action!!

My last "grill"? Well how about smoker. That was my Large Lonestargrillz Insulated Vertical Smoker. She weighs about 1,200 lbs. So I understand the difficulty you were dealing with. Wish I was there for loading, securing, and off loading. Someday when you're out here salmon fishing I will tell you some trucking story's. The biggest wide load was 16' 2"and I delivered in January in northern Alberta Canada. Or the time I transported part of the Shuttle craft ( how many folks can say they have moved part of a real space ship?). Anyway enough of that. Al this cooker looks great. I'm really looking forward to seeing how that drip pan works out. I like how it can slide forward for access to the drippings. Very nice touch having the wheel being red. Far to often these wonderful cookers show a lack of imagination when it comes to paint color. Anyway looking forward to seeing it in action. Before I forget, what are the grill measurements, just the grill. Anyway have a great day 🌤 👍🔥😁

Thanks Victor. I’m hoping to get out there this summer. I will keep you posted! Honestly Victor I have to go out and measure it. If I remember correctly it was 36” deep by 42” wide but I could be wrong.

Impressive grill, looks solid. You can tell that a quality build you got there. Also awesome Gladiator, that's the Hydro blue paint job? Picked up my Wrangler not that long ago, they are so much fun.

Wow Al, the possibilities with that are incredible… I’m drooling at the thought of what can be done. Wonder how much a plane ticket to Raleigh would be :D Has it got a name yet ? And how did you go unloading it Definitely loving the things I’ve done on my newest grill - it will be getting some good cooks over the next week or so

Oh yeah there are so many things I can do now that I've always wanted to do! Unloading it was "fun". I had to park the trailer at the bottom of a hill so we could roll it down and have the hill stop it's progress!
