Calves can be worked everyday but it all comes to to genetics if you have high calve insertion your calves won’t look as good as a person who has a muscle belly like obi.
Just do tip toe on the stairs exercise, I don't know name of this but you understand what I mean, it's most simple yet most effective, I mean you must at least do 400-500a day 3 days a week you see great seperation
Genetics plays a BIG part also i used to train them 2 x a week for years. Nowadays i train them directly 1x a week and i also do alot of olympic lifting and strength and conditioning plus I’m on my bike alot so that has also works my calves indirectly!
@@ObiVincent wich is insane. Your calves are decent but compared to your upper legs. My calves are the same size but my upper legs need a lot more work to be at your size.

I have an issue with my left hamstring , musuls Are so tight , i tried some hamsting excersises but itsmake littil uncomfrtabel some days. any tips i want to foucus on my legs but realy strugling .thanks & keep up the good work.
