Some tasty shots there Ben. I want there a few years ago, arrived in the exact same conditions, went all of a quiver and before I got my first half decent comp - the fog lifted and the ticks descended.
Wow, Gavin. Thank you for the comment my friend! That's made my day! It's a magical place isn't it. Lots of ticks! 🤣 If you're ever this way again get in touch, and keep up the great work!
Inspired by your video visited Wistman Wood during a trip to Dartmoor. Unfortunately there are now signs asking not to enter the wood, so in respect walked around the edge. Must have been impressive when the entire area was covered in ancient wood
Came across your Pulpits Rock video after watching another vlog then followed to your channel. Nice vid. I was in Wistman's Wood for first time ever early summer. Had a littel mist associated with a lot of rain that day. I and my camera bag got thoroughly soaked! I'm no woodland photographer but that is one magical places and hope to get back there despite it being a long drive (from Hampshire). I was there most of the day but one of the things I hadn't anticipated was how physically demanding it was having to pick your way carefully over the rocks. It would be easy to break your ankle.
What's up, my man? This is the first time I've seen your channel, and I like what I see. Your work kind of remind me of Adam Gibbs. Very Nice stuff. I like it.
Love Wistmans Wood. A magical place and one of my favourite places on Dartmoor. Unfortunately not been lucky enough to visit in fog yet though. Great shots.
Beautfiul work mate. Love the way you've edited the images creating a sense of mood and mystery. Ethereal beauties, all of them. And an awesome looking woodland - great stuff 😊
A very calming, peaceful vlog mate, brilliant. One on my bucket list for next year for sure along with lots of other places on the moor. Put together lovely and yes your right the wood needs fog for sure❤️👍📸👍🤓🇬🇧 ps good luck with the old man of stor competition 👍
Great light = awesome photography. Nicely done. Is light more important than composition? I think so. Both are important, but light is first in my book. Keep having fun.
