Hey NK. There are some things i can recommend you to go to for the summer. Like Governor's Island, they have concerts and festivals there but you can also hang out over there. Some people have parties over there and picnics. Rose' all day parties be there. There be music festivals at Central Park and Coney Island. The have movie night at Bryant Park. Cabarets and Drag queen shows in the village. Just a few to name. They even have this park at the end of the pier that's next to the highline by the hudson on 14th st. We also have the Pride parade coming up and the West Indian Day Parade on Labor Day.
