Absolutely! Mine is in the freezer as we speak. I’d just flash it in the over on a high heat until fully hot 👍🏼 Hope you’ve got enough ovens and have a great Christmas! 😂🎄

You're the chef and I'm a nobody but don't you think you should scrap off any nastiness before you roll it up and then rinse it off and dry it uncovered in the fridge overnight? Just saying. But I'd also want to say your recipe is outstanding.
