1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
*1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
*2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
*2× a handful of freeze-dried raspberries
*1× handful of raisins (optional! You can use freeze-dried berries instead)
