👉🏽Tip**** the bouillon and salt could be adjusted to your liking just don’t add more than 2 tsp of tomato bouillon or you will end up with your broth tasting a little bitter, you can add more chicken bouillon and simply don’t add the tomato one 😉 it’s all going to depend on your taste 👈🏽 for each cup of rice you need 2 cups of broth
Ingredients: 6 servings
2 cups white rice my fave Mahatma Rice Enriched Extra Long Grain
2 cups water
3 small roma tomatoes
1/4 small white onion
1/4 small red bell pepper (optional)
1 garlic cloves
2 tsp chicken bouillon
2 tsp tomato bouillon
1/2 tsp cumin
salt I used 1 tsp
