Emmaline(thinking)-I need my palisman pals. (Stringbean, Ghost, clover, and Waffle shows up) Stringbean(hissing)-We thought you needed palisman pal time. Emmaline(squeaking)-What about your witches? Palismans-Date night. Emmaline(squeaking)-I see.

Sometimes talking to a pet about a first date can be pretty useful

We know that Palismans can communicate with their witches, but looking at Emmiline's face, I fully believe Gus was essentially taking to himself.

Funny that Emmiline never changed her expression. 😂

Emmiline: [narrating] "What is life? Is it nothing more than the endless search for a date? And what is a date but a constant reminder that we're all destined to find love with a partner? And what of the poor chameleon? Flanked forever blanked, destined to an existential swim down the river of life to... an unknowable destiny?" [licks]

Emmaline just broke the record for doing absolutely nothing than anyone else, surpassing both Patrick Star and Luigi Mario.

He good at helping

Emmiline:…and that’s why I learned to sleep with my eyes open. Clover: I dunno, isn’t that kinda rude? Emmiline: Trust me, 90% of the time Gus just needs to hear his thoughts out loud

Emmaline is literally the Gummy to Gus' Pinkie Pie.

Does Emmaline feel alone?(or is Emmaline just bored)? Asking for relationship advice(and not form the love coven(I know there's no such thing as the love coven this is just a comedic comment)). So the Gus and Matt ship is progressing(but is Gus really gonna pay)? So is there a ship name for Gus and Matt(because I don't know it). Laying out all your personal feelings about someone on your palisman(I wish I saw Amity do that with Ghost when she was nervous around Luz). So would there be a chance of a quadruple date comic?(Lumity, Huntlow Vara, and Gustholomule).

She's a -platypus- chameleon, they don't do much.

An hour later . . . Emmiline: "Huh? Did you say something?"

Poor Gus

Emmiline reminds me of Pinkie Pie’s pet Gummy from MLP.

Gus: You are so cute don’t you little fella? Gus pets Emmiline

And suddenly I'm reminded of all of Pinkie Pie's talks with Gummy.

Emmiline is the best therapist😂

Emmiline is just existing, she is so helpful just by that

I legit thought that was just a plushy

The little guy wins by doing absolutely nothing

Palismen are definitely pets (This is an example).

Maybe it's because of my experience in another fandom, but "Pair the Spares" has always rubbed me the wrong way.

Plot twist: The palisman was actually sleeping with their eyes open, the whole time. ;) (hey, they are not Earth animals, Earth biology doesn't have to apply to them - besides, I think there are some animals whose eyes are covered with translucent skin, and they don't blink at all, either, f.ex. snakes and some lizards, according to quick Internet search)
