I am gay and I would never dance around naked. Those are very few people who get crazy during parades! The majority of the gay population would never do that.
I understood that it was totally legal - sometime in the past 20 years -- to be TOTALLY nude in public spaces in San Francisco. I found that shocking to say the least!! Having said that whatever was shown during the parade would, therefore, be at least somewhat understandable -- though I don't know if it should be acceptable to engage in sex acts in public. On the other hand, It kills me when they say Gays are seeking special treatment for their behavior. That's like saying all Gays should stay in the closet. Still many people believe that being gay is a disease and/or being gay is a CHOICE!! It kills me that people still seem to think that. Being generous I can only think these people think being gay is ALL about what you do physically -- which is stupid. Even if you NEVER touch another person or overtly exercised your sexuality, if you felt sexual attraction to the same sex, you'd STILL be gay!!
I would never be naked in public, but who cares? Straight people do it all the time. BTW, never take your dog to a nude beach. I did by accident and I regretted it. You think it's embarrassing when your dog sticks his snout in a crotch when a person is dressed -- well it's far worse when everyone is nude! @@Motochick203
I had an argument with someone in the commen section on another Donahue video who found it offensive that I compared gay descrimation to racism against black people. I stand by my comment.
Being gay is great. Throwing your gayness in people's faces is great. But why the need to promote lewdness? Flashing genitalia has nothing to do with gay pride and there need to be certain protocols observed in public (especially where children are present). Unless you think covering your genitalia in public every time you leave the house is oppressive, this should not be an issue
