@PinaSheep69 ive been trying to roll one my self. Cause my two shot 50%accuracy fixer is alot of fun, and great at crit spamming.

I have 3 star vampire ripper w/limb damage and VATS crit charge. I don't run melee but held onto it. Is it worth anything? I don't even need caps, if someone really wants it and is on xbox lemme know

You have to get the plan or scrap enough of them where you get the mod for it

What that guy said. But the pipe bolt action and normal are two different weapons entirely. But Im pretty sure you can get it from a plan.
