I was very disappointed at this video at first, because you didn't even mention the risque scene where princess peach wore pants instead of a dress. A WOMAN, in PANTS?! However I haven't seen this film, I only know about the scene from a video essay I watched in a hazy 7 hour binge, so I must assume it was just a liar perpetuating lies who'll get whatever surprise van organ harvesting is coming to them. What did you think of Dune? I think it's delightful. I love having it on in the background when I'm doing my ironing. They needed to have the thoughts of every character narrated though, because I don't have the time or desire to look at the screen all the time to work out what they're feeling. I think the success of the film is largely a testament to the aesthetic of the first few games. It is interesting to me how I take certain artistic choices for granted. I love the way Mario 3 looks, but I never think about it. Still, I would rather just play the game(s). As a film, I think some crucial element is lost from the visual style. I can't explain it. I can't explain much, really. About anything. I'm a bit of a dolt.

Are people finally realizing that the 90s mario movie is actually pretty good for a kid's movie about a videogame that had no story other than "save the princess" and smashing brick blocks with your head? I feel like the hate for it was just a bandwagon and most of the people who hate it havent even seen it. The cast alone make it worth seeing.
