David I hate to break it to you but our colours are yellow red and black. The club isnt named after a hornet we got the name as a result of playing in yellow

@@davidthackham4955 I became a fan in 1965. The Beatles had broken America. Elton also became a fan. There have been many times. Which one have I had? The one where everyone thought Watford’s kit was awful. The red short era!

@@davidcook7887 From the Watford Observer: “This will be the first time red shorts have been officially part of the home kit since the 2011/12 season, although the Hornets memorably wore them towards the end of the 2014/15 season when they were promoted to the Premier League.” IT’S BEEN 12 SEASONS.
