This was a really fun day at the river. There were many wild horses resting in the shade, most of which were bachelors. As we observed them we could hear the beating of hooves on the ground approaching the area. It was another group of bachelors running to join the others already here. This happened several times and as the new groups joined they would rearrange and there would be little skirmishes. One of them was really pumped up and was in the mood to play. His official name is Adelaire, which we didn't know at the time. I called him the Prancer as he was putting on quite a show with his beautiful posturing. This is the video I shot while we were there.
