That awkward moment when you wear a shirt that says "Here Comes a Winner" and you're the biggest loser of the day in that studio audience LOL

Too bad Nicole changed her bid, since Barbara was completely clueless playing "Cover Up", despite her win.

Yes, back on Tuesday, December 16, 1997, "The Price Is Right" game show had Mr. Bob Barker[whose real 1st name's Robert] as its former host just as his previous announcer there was late Mr. Robert "Rod" R. Roddy!

It blows my mind because of the HUGE difference in price of each showcase!!! That is just awful.

Nicole should've kept her 650 bid, and not change it to 1150, but she was probably afraid someone was go bid higher than the 650 but lower than the actual retail price.

For each of the Numbers in the Price of that first Car, I would have guessed the following. 2nd Number: 4 3rd Number: 5 4th Number: 8 5th Number: 5

Her chances of winning the car were doomed when she said 8 and it was 4 and it cost her $4.

Does anyone ever cringe seeing that car being pushed on the stage because that Lucky Seven game which was great in the 70's-80's is now almost unwinnable.
@felicciasc

Don't they give the first digit? So it's easier? But you're right, in the old days you knew if a car was 3k, 4k, 5k, and less variance. Now you can guess whether it's $19k or $11k, but still more room to be off.

Originally the cars played for in Lucky Seven were 4 digits, when cars started getting into the 5 digit range, they started giving the first number for free so you still need to guess 4 digits. It is a hard game, not as hard as That's Too Much though in my opinion.

I hear a few 1994 Family Feud cues during the first showcase. I guess you can't keep a short-lived show down forever.

Ask yourself: "Do I as a person use money, or does money use me?" Think about it really hard. Try not to lie to yourself.
