It's because she was so out in left field, she had all those false starts, she couldn't even play the game right, it looked like she didn't have a chance, but she finally got it.
Not sure how many people know this, but when you win on the Price is Right, you have to pay taxes on your prize and half the people who win on that show can’t afford the taxes and have to leave the prize there.
I don’t care if it’s “nationally televised with a studio and an old man barking” at me. It’s pressure, sure... But if you mess up more than twice, there’s an issue.
wii1245 Seriously! I wonder how long that actually went on. I'm sure they cut it down a great deal, time-wise, for it to air. I've never seen him lose it like that! I hope that STUPID girl didn't/doesn't DRIVE that car! She'd be a menace to all who got in her path!
If you are given 5 numbers, and only those 5 numbers are in the correct answer, and you use numbers not in those 5 numbers to get the correct answer, how does that increase her chances of getting it right? She was just nervous is all.
Lupe Catts She was only supposed to use each number once. She didn't get that. I wonder if they went to an electronic display after that because no one thought this situation would come up having to change the answer 3 times.
@@Tailgatesntoolboxes the government encourages stupid people to have kids so they’re easy to control. You think the average human was always this stupid?
Lmao he couldn’t even pretend he wasn’t annoyed af after the first 10secs of her guessing the prices..... if she had a dollar for every time he said “you’ve used the 1 twice JOY!” She would have been able to BUY the car 😂😂
The sheer disbelief when she gets it right on her last try... the show girl hopping around happy for her... the audience going crazy, the winning music playing.... such a perfect climax to this scene. 😆
When will people realize the zero almost always-ALWAYS is the last number? That's what Bob said by "You're straying from the path, now...I thought you had it." Even Drew kind of tries to very subtly hint at it.
@@scoot1105 Yeah, except, haven't you noticed lately (maybe the last year or so) car prices seem to suddenly end in 2s and 3s on some games. Haven't seen enough Ten Chances lately to know if they started doing that on that game, but with Switcheroo and The Money Game, it used to be guaranteed to end in a 0, 5 or 9 ... nowadays, the car seems to end with a random number.
Depends on the options. Once you hear paint and fabric protection, you know it won't end in 0 or 5. They try to end with zero in Ten Chances because it would be nearly impossible to win, and they want to at least give the contestant somewhat of a chance. With a game like Lucky Seven, though, you very often see cars not ending in a five (they try not to use zero in that game). Switcheroo doesn't matter much because you try to find the tens digit. Money Game I've rarely seen it end in 0 or 5 (only regular place was probably the Davidson version).
If you listen closely when Bob presses the 10 button, he says "No" halfway, fully expecting that she has lost the game, and then quickly changes it and says "You've won." Very funny!
@andreiiliescu1 well I said till early 30s giving her some hope ha ha. She's not that bad now come on. Not everyone a supermodel. Some guys like plain Jane's
a lot of people are saying how dumb she is, personally, If i was in her shoes and have a huge crowd of people yelling at me and having the pressure of getting the numbers right under a time limit, I would probably have made the same mistakes.
time limit... she was able to fuck up the number 3 times, then receive a lesson from bob in order to finally complete her guess on he then fourth try at that one number... she had no time limit and that's why he was so irritated that she had won
Bob Barker is OG. I remember as a kid when I would stay home from school I would watch Price Is Right and hearing Bob Barker's voice really brings back memories.
She was nervous... he was yelling at her and the audience was yelling at her but she held it together.....heck, I would have thrown that pen down and ran off the stage crying, way to much pressure!!!!! Lol
She was clearly under a lot of pressure, trying to figure out the numbers with Bob rushing her and everyone yelling, a lot of people just can't think under circumstances like that.
Allison Brown they have a certain amount of time for each game if one game goes over time they could possibly loose money by not running a commercial to make up for lost time..
I think we understand why Bob had to go on and retire. Having already reached his 80s, and having been on television for the majority of his life, he simply couldn't handle many more contestants like her. LOL!!😂😃😄😅😀😙
