Exactly what i learned in “Health and Beauty Mastery” by Julian Bannet, that book is a real eye opener about shocking stuff health industry is doing! I completely changed my habits
I am 65. My knees have been a problem for years. No injury just rust under the caps! Sometimes stairs are impossible. I started using Qunol Turmeric a year ago. I had an almost immediate effect. Most of the time I have no pain at all. Occasionally a little but nothing like before. I have a friend that mixes his own but I didn't want to mess with that so I bought what I figured would be snake oil. It isn't. When I mentioned this to my doctor she rolled her eyes at me w/o comment. I switched doctors that day. Anyone with joint pain needs to use this stuff.
@@kimtouchet681 The people that discovered the power and effectiveness of herbs on certain Maladies were those days' doctors. PS herbs is a plural noun, therefore "was herbs" is wrong usage... bad grammar.😁
@rw7632. Glad for you friend. At the same age as you I can agree 100%. Do not lose any sleep about the "Doctor!" 😊😉Here is some more experiences you may find interesting. I have always been a huge believer in all things natural. As we age our B,P is inclined to nudge up and I carried a bit of extra weight. I ended up on the "repeat business" B.P meds. Many years ago I came upon a mix of powders I make myself (dirt cheap) containing Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cayenne Pepper and a dash of Black Pepper added. Long story short I have not seen the "friendly" Doctor now for about 20 years, no B.P meds anymore, my weight is down back to when I finished school, no B.P or Sugar problems and I do not know what a cold or flu is despite my immediate family getting afflicted around me every year.
Thank you Dr. Dhand! Just ordered the supplement..cannot wait to receive it and begin use. From a 75 year old, no pharma medicine, excellent healthy senior...
Mixing the turmeric into a fat like whole milk, sour cream, or if you’re brave, yogurt, plus the pepper also enhances absorption. The curcumin is fat soluble.
I use turmeric with ginger and lemon and black pepper- juice them all together into a magic potion - and I mix it with sparkling water every day - it's fantastic.
I use a turmeric supplement with a tablespoon of EVOO, twice a day. The addition of the olive oil has greatly increased the effectiveness of the supplement! I’ve been taking Turmeric for several years now… If only more people would stick it out, they’d find it a benefit in it, My pain level has improved immensely! Plus it’s an “anti-cancer” supplement.
Hello Dr, I have taken a drop of concrete turmeric oil for six years now along with black pepper and peppermint and frankensense. I was not able to walk very far until this change came about. I have an auto immune disease and severe psoriatic arthritis. This totally works for me, but I just wanted to let you mention to your audience that Turmeric is also a natural blood thinner and I do not take any other type of thinner now. Thank you for your excellent videos which I have shared with some suffering friends. Regards Steve.
I take a drink of boiled turmeric ginger and pepper with lemon juice added in after boiling. Have been taking this drink each morning for many years and have not had a viral infection in a long time.
I too had a knee problem and took Turmeric for about two years...I have no problem now with my knee. Thank you Doctor, I imagine if you and I ever worked together (🇬🇧ITU) no-one would safe around us as we take a stand and advocate for our patients at a determined level. I will recommence with a small daily dose. 🙏🌍🙏
Your audio sounds so much better than a year ago! Congrats on figuring out how to get a clearer vocal audio recording. Thanks for all the needed information. :)
I tried curcumin for 2 years for arthritis... I am not sure it worked. But when I went to a 35 gm /day of carb diet with high protein and fat.. within 3 weeks I saw and continue to see a huge positive gain. I would say a 90% improvement.
Thank you ❤ I ordered your turmeric supplement. I love your videos and I have been an RN for over 30 years. We agree on many of your opinions of the healthcare system!
I've been making tea from Thyme, Ginger, Honey, and lately, Turmeric. It is delicious and helps with bedtime congestion, nighttime wheezing and such. Thanks Doc, I might look into your supplements.
I have used turmeric with milk, honey and black pepper - the later ingredient vastly increases the effect of turmeric so you can reduce the quantity of turmeric. Highly useful for psoriasis BTW as well as all that Dr Dhand mentions.
I buy turmeric root and eat it every day with ground black pepper and usually ginger and garlic. I saw a study that showed the pills were either not effective or as effective.
Thank you, Dr Dhand .. a question : I have Reumatoid Artritis and inject Humira (adalimumab) myself every 14 days .. can I take the daily Turmeric capsules next to that? My reumatologist had no idea. I also asked her about Moringa Oleifera capsules .. she had no clue. I'm from Holland. Greetings to you and thanks for all you do! 🙏
@@deelicious1610 I have followed Dr Dhand since Covid-19. I never caught it nor did I get the jabs. I was healthy throughout. I trust his judgement and expertise. I don't trust big pharma one little bit.
Id love to see more videos like this as opposed to the ones about how our medical system is failing us although i completely agree i just like the informative health videos more 😊
I drink tea with ginger and turmeric. I find it especially helpful when a sore throat starts…then zap! The sore throat is gone within minutes. I swear by it!
How much turmeric should one use I buy fresh turmeric and organic ginger grind them with black pepper than I freeze it I usually use it with milk for good night sleep it works
I keep a bag in the fridge purchased from a small business in India and use it in eggs and everything else. I also make a paste with it along with propolis and use it on staph boils.
Congrats on your new supplement! It would be very helpful if in this age of mis and dis info you would discuss specific chronic health conditions that would be contradictory with specific supplements.
Even Walmart sells a good tumeric ginger juice drink with honey. I think it’s called ginger people or something. It’s very good and I have been buying for myself and for my dad’s brain and body health since his mother had bad dementia.
@drsuneeldhand was surprised to hear you mention neem in your supplement - have never heard of it being used internally. I have used the form for external body use, but also in solution to treat external 'bugs'. Would love to hear you talk more about neem.
I'm 75 and on Clopidogrel after a mini stroke, so a bit nervous there might be a interaction with Turmeric However, I had to stop taking Clopidogrel for seven days before I had a inguinal hernia operation and nothing happened, so I think I will miss a couple of days with the clopidogrel and take Turmeric to see if it degreases the inflammation in my joints that are causing me pain. I know I should consult the doctor, but it’s not possible unless I have an illness - I take Paracetamol and Codein for the pain.
I have acid reflux also and have to avoid anything “spicy.” My last sed rate was 4, so inflammation is not a big problem for me. Do what works for you.
How much organic powder would you suggest for someone with microscopic colitis and osteoarthritis? I weigh 96 lbs. and like the powder in my morning cup of coffee. Thank you!
Congrats on the new supplement line. Regarding the turmeric/ginger compound. No Fat? Turmeric, being fat soluable, I would have thought including the fat component in the compound would be the best approach. Otherwise, it is reliant on taking it with a meal that has enough fat to make it bioavailable. Maybe you see it differently? When making my own capsules, I use both fat and black pepper in the formulation.
Would be nice to see some 3rd party testing of your supplement for quality and any contaminants. That's something I always look for when buying supplements.
Turmeric has great benefits, but be careful with the turmeric supps. While they’re certainly beneficial, high doses of turmeric can lower bp, lower blood sugar, and thin the blood, so if you have certain conditions or are taking meds to treat certain conditions affected by blood sugar, bp, or on thinners, talk to your doc about it.
Dr Dhand. Thank you So much for exposing the evil of the medical establishment. I’ve been telling my friends about you and your channel. I’m sure, you will be part of a new genuine medical care system in the future. JFK Jr is pioneering this under Trump 2024 and will need Honest professionals to expand this worldwide. You need to be part of this.
I've been making my magic drink for years. Fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, green tea, lemon, black pepper, make a batch every week. Taste well not that great but hey well worth it right?
Wow Dr. Dand! You really made a power combo supplement! I can't afford much now but wanted to acknowledge your creation. Sending you lots of Aloha, success and abundance as it becomes well known🌺🤙🏾💫🫶🏾
Not a day goes by when I don't add Turmeric into some form of food, whether it be home made soups, stews, Turmeric teas, gravies or whatever. I'm a firm believer in it's beneficial properties.
I've been taking it for years now, but lately, I've found too many articles about it causing liver damage...any thoughts? (I have stopped taking it just in case)
try it in coffee and hot chocolate with ginger, black pepper, a pinch of garlic and spirulina and a spoonful of honey - mmmmmm. I don't even want to have a normal coffee any more ✨️✨️
