I find most MDs: - don’t listen - don’t explain anything well - dismiss concerns I have - dismiss any questions outside their expertise - ultimately don’t help or minimally help, create other problems with meds and lack of understanding, and I end up managing health by myself. It’s pathetic and frustrating.
Bml4646; Then you’re not advocating for your medical care. That means being proactive in your health and wellbeing. Don’t expect doctors to do right by you. Example; I had a kidney stone lodged in my ureter. They knew that I had it. But just wanted to throw meds at it. Then they wanted to subject me to more diagnostic procedures. Test my bladder function? One urinary tube is completely blocked! It’d be like testing my hand function with a broken arm. Of course it’s going to be compromised bc of my arm fgs. I went in and demanded that I receive surgical intervention. Then had to fight the surgeon for some post surgical pain meds. Had to go above him to get him to prescribe opiates. When you’re sick, it’s even harder to self advocate. I had a hip replacement too. Same year as my stone removal. They wanted to send me home after one night there. I said no. My pain wasn’t managed and I was incontinent. You cannot release a patient in that condition. Covid completely changed triage medicine. You had to advocate even harder during the couple years where they were accepting Covid patients ONLY. You pay these doctors. MAKE them do their job. Yes, there’s the Hippocratic oath of, ‘first do no harm’. But, doing nothing is just as bad as committing an unnecessary medical procedure.
Hello Dr. Berg. Thanks a million for this magnificent teaching on Inflammation and Colostrum. I'm one of those million suffering from this health conditions. I had never liked breastfeeding and here I'm today using a wheelchair and suffering from everything that you mentioned. They put me on so much pills like a timed bomb! Surely, I'll try the goat milk even though I don't like it!!!
I'm so glad to see you on youtube Dr Berg as rumble is quite slow in our country. Thank you for your generousity. God bless you, your family, and team. I'm blessed to have been breastfed almost all throughout Dr Berg and no formula for me.
I'm highly skeptical of an industry that would farm colostrum. Sounds like all the makings for abuse and mistreatment of animals. What do you know about this from your research and since you're encouraging the use and purchase? I would hope you looked into this.
Dairy animals produce way more colostrum than what is needed for the offspring. You can definitely harvest some from each and have plenty to go around.
dairy causes sinusitis of the nose. the nasal passages to swell and reduce breathing quality. when i tried celecoxib or voltaren tablet for my pinched nerves in the lumbar to reduce inflammation. it also reduced nasal swelling, to me this indicates it lowered the COX-2 enzymes that are a part of the inflammatory processes.
My siblings and I were all EBF, yet we all are violently dairy intolerant. Our family raised goats, so we had whole goat milk until we were in our teens. Sheep, goat, cow...doesn't matter now. We can't drink or eat anything dairy. We all also have autoimmune issues. I guess Mom just got our DNA from the shallow end of the gene pool. 😢😂
I disagree that you got the shallow end of the gene pool. This is the only topic I disagree with Dr. Berg on. While I completely agree that every infant of every species should be breast-fed, I don’t think it is natural to consume milk from any source when you are an adult. It doesn’t surprise me that people have intolerances to dairy as an adult, since it is unnatural to consume it at that age. Just my opinion!
You know what’s hard? Going to doctors in the “real” world who don’t talk to us like Dr Berg talks to us. Instead I get a cold bedside manner and lectured on not taking the jab or rolled eyes when I mention intermittent fasting. Hence I avoid all doctors unless absolutely necessary. Thank God we have Drs Berg, Campbell and Eckberg to teach us!
I have not been to a doctor in years. I research all my health problems and solve them myself. Sad, that we have to resort to banning the Government health system because they are not educated in healing the body through the gut due to it being a Sick system for monetary desires.
A goat saved my life. I damaged my gut biome from antibiotic use in 2007. I began losing weight. I was running to the bathroom up to 6 times a day. I lost 13 pounds in a few weeks on an already light frame. 6’2” down to 153 pounds. I researched that goat milk was closest to human milk (although not very close) of all the ruminant animals. I began drinking 0.5 (one half) gallons of raw goat milk a day. Within two weeks I put back 13 pounds and cleared up 90% of my gut issues. That goat saved my life.
I had read somewhere that raw goat milk and organic free range raw eggs (eggnog) were one of the best food combos to heal gut damage. Thanks for the reminder 👍
I was born in Germany, long ago. We didn't get any vaxxes or shots except Polio. I had every childhood disease you could get, some I had twice. None of us kids died. When one got sick, the whole class in school was sure to get it. 2 or 3 days at home and you were good to go. Mumps, rubella, pertussis, measles - I had it all, and some. I was outside all the time, with bloody knees and other injuries meant to make you tough - there was no one "kissing the booboo" and smearing antibiotics on me - because it was expected. I don't get sick and I refused the C-19 vaxx (which cost me my job)....

Dr berg is the best! Thank you for all you! Dr berg, I’ve been messaging you for a awhile now about my pcos. I finally found out something from a neuropathic doctor. She ran some test and did say my thyroid (tsh) is borderline low which is indicative of an overactive thyroid. Some of the symptoms I’m having Extreme hair loss Nervous energy/ shakes. Depression Acne only on my chin area Fatigued Excess sweating/ always really hot. Restless Having a hard time falling asleep. Puffy eyes/ only sometimes Out of breath/ breathing hard Any recommendations anyone??? Please help. Although I am getting more blood test done I still want to get to the root of the problem instead of going backwards. I just want to feel better!! 😢
In our state Tamilnadu (south India) we eat something called Seempaal. This is prepared from the first milk after the calf is born. If someone says a calf is born in one's house they immediately ask for Seempaal. Once again I am always in awe, how did our ancestors know?
@@muridahmed5624 Yes we call it boli in punjab. My mom remain always on look for boli , she keeps in touch with all the neighbors breeding cattle to get boli from them. Sometimes I wonder how our moms, grand moms, ancestors knew about all these things.
As always Dr Berg, you are the best. Straight forward information in easy to understand steps. Yes, there are others out there giving nutritional advise, but none equal to you, Dr Berg, in your depth of sources of problems, and ease of solutions.
I was bottle fed in the 60’s, so this was very interesting. FYI, farmers always have a supply of dried colostrum on hand for emergencies because they know how important colostrum is for the newborn calves or kids. Our local farm supply store sells it. Hint, hint. Wink, wink.
I had fibromyalgia, psoriasis & arthritis. After watching this video I bought some colostrum tablets and I got my body back! Within 2 weeks all swelling went down, before I went through so many supplements, oriental herbs, etc.. I got my body & beauty back! I used spend my mornings crying in pain, I couldn't hold a glass of water too weak, I spent a year not even able to wear normal clothes or shoes! I am so grateful to you!❤ For tiredness I take Nadhas well. 20 mg.
@@TheREALLibertyOrDeath It's made in UK, a cheap one, but also now I take NADH 20 mg on empty stomach for the fatigue, wormwood capsule I for breathing, some vitamin C and I do on and off with marine collagen. The brand if you don't mind the price organic is better, goats colostrum is better then cows. Let me know how it goes, our bodies are different and react differently as well. I took Alpha lipoid acid for 2 months for nerve pain and lysine to reinuilf the cartilage, so much b12, q10 etc..
I used to have IBS, it's part of Fibromyalgia. But my IBS and 70% of Fibromyalgia symptoms disappeared when I went gluten free, sugar free and soy free. Maybe that could work for you, too?! Try it and you'll see after one week, you may notice things begin to change. Good luck!
Definitely permanently eliminate bad gluten (wheat, barley, and rye). After some time, you'll likely no longer deal with IBS, especially if you consume healthy foods, with a colorful variety of produce.
Breastfeeding for the win!!! I have breastfed the 4 out of my 8 kids. There’s def a difference in their overall health. I’m currently breastfeeding my 6 month old. Nature is perfect. Side note, I intermittent fasted for a few years before my last pregnancy, also mostly keto/low carb lifestyle. This pregnancy was the first time I didn’t have gestational diabetes in 5 pregnancies. My doctor was shocked. She still has me monitor my blood, and it was always normal. I attribute it to living a healthier way by eating keto, and less often.
Yes. Good for you. Fasting is incredible. I am 69 male and it's amazing at my age what a difference my health is when I am fasting vs not. Listen to the body and it will tell you many times what is going on. I know my growth hormone increases big time. Especially when I do HIIT 2 or 3 times a week plus basic exercise and resistance. It's the fountain of youth. About to do prolong fasting. Hope to see great results. Good luck with the babies. About to be a grandfather for the first time in July. She's already spoiled. Can't wait.
Dr Berg we don't have words to thank you for your beautiful research and letting the world know the real food and real major n minor diseases and their accurate treatments. Thanks doc
Yes Dr. Berg needs to make videos on dry fasting. It's effects are so powerful. Dr.Filinov a Russian M.D and August Dunning of phoenix protocol a former NASA engineer, chemist and a physicist have done some amazing research on this topic. Unfortunately their videos seem to be intentionally hidden by y.t from general public.
Unfortunately my mother was not able to breastfeed me for medical reasons but my grandma got a goat, I took care of it and drank goat milk for the first years of my life up till the age of 14. I'm sure it helped me a lot.
I absolutely believe it. I have grown almost a full inch as a fully grown adult drinking 1-3 liters of raw milk per day for the past 4 years. I have heard goat milk is a lot easier to digest than cow milk. I had some raw goat milk a week ago for the first time, and it digested noticeably better than raw cow milk. They say for this reason it is better to give it to infants or children instead of cow milk. I believe raw milk is the most perfect food in existence.
I always enjoy your insight I've been cooking and baking professional for over 35 years this year I'll turn 67 years God allowing me every morning I have two jumbo eggs and some kind of of protein 2 6 oz . coffee. But I all this after my 45 minutes of walking I don't go to fast food restaurants. I found Dr. Berg channel back in January 2023 and have done a lot of research on inflammation and cancer. So far I am finally getting positive results by using supplements, intermittent and prolonged fasting with the Keto adjusted diet for leaky gut. It’s slow moving but it is better progress than what I received from the medical field over the past decade!

Goats love eating poison ivy, it is a favorite food! If a pregnant goat eats poison ivy, then gives birth, the first milk from the mother goat after birth now will make a human child immune to ever being affected by poison ivy. I have seen this many times.
Interesting! We have wondered if this happened when my mother was pregnant with me. Well, she didn't eat it, but she had a bad case and I was immune as a child & teen. Neat!
Raw goats milk cured my Asthma, I drank a small glass every day for 6 months as well as increasing my egg intake which also contain Colostrum. That was over 25 years ago, never touched an inhaler since and the Asthma never came back.
Raw milk cured my chronic bronchitis in my puberty. My parents tried every possible medication, syrups, herbs. But the raw goat milk and the goat fat floating on top of the milk - that’s what saved me from years of constant cough. If anyone tried drinking or even smelling the the floating and melting fat on top of the hot goat milk they would know what it is! I used to close my eyes very very tight and tried not to smell while drinking and swallowing it fast fast! But the goat fast is also recommended rubbing on the child’s chest and feet before bed as a cough remedy. The best goats and goats fat comes supposedly from from some mountainous regions of Italy and also the best from Caucasian Mountains /well, my ancestors region❤️/!

I have HS Hydrdentitis Supperativa Stage 3. The worst of the worst. Its an auto immune disease that is basically all inflammation. I have boils all over my body and its really bad. I have been waiting for Dr Berg to do a video either on this specifically or on HS. Thank you so much. I am still hoping for a specific video that will pin point anything else other than keto and taking vitamins that could help. This is amazing information.
Oh man, I understand, my mother had this same condition. I watched her go through so much with HS. She suffered in silence. Plus she didn't have a real doctor to help her heal. She just took medication to suppress the symptoms. Real healing is definitely possible with proper dietary changes. There's a girl on RU-vid who put Hydredenitis in remission. I forgot her name (Pretty brown girl I think). God bless you Megan I pray you find the answers you need and begin your healing journey.
Do you use Hibiclens soap? If not, you should use it as a regular wash in the shower. No sugar, honey. Don't use a razor ever, use a cheap battery operated lady Norelco. Wear only cotton loose clothing, boy cut/shorts cotton underwear. Cotton bra-Amazon has a Bali cotton bra that's pretty cheap. There's lots more info online if you look up alternative treatment for HS. Listen to youtube meditations, try to reduce stress. Doc, the first product that showed up for me is "Grass Fed Beef Colostrum Supplement". Should this not be from milk of the animal? Is it meat derivative also? Pls advise.
Beef indicates the animal from which it is derived, beouf, bovine, cattle etc. All the same. Colostrum is a milk product. It cannot be made from meat, flesh etc. The colostrum uou mention comes from a cow milk (bovine). As opposed to goat, sheep etc. hope this helps
When I was in India I had very bad diarrhea and vomiting. My mother-in-law gave me curd. A small bag. It stopped. I thought I was going to die. Years later, NPR was discussing lactose bacillus helping with anxiety and depression. I tried everything and found buttermilk worked the best. The bacteria produces serotonin which travels up the vagus nerve. This helped a lot with GI problems for me along with stress and anxiety. I only drink whole milk buttermilk. I gave it to my children when little to help them with developing healthy gut bacteria.
Been drinking A2 milk making my own Greek yogurt and Kiefer from it. I buy the VAT pasteurized Alexandre A2 milk. For years I couldn’t have regular milk and I was drinking alternative milks like almond milk. I even reacted to raw milk. I really missed having yogurt because even with yogurt I reacted to it meaning I didn’t make it to the restroom in time. I even tried Lactaid milk and could not tolerate it. It’s been three weeks now and I’ve been pushing dairy to see if I have a reaction to the A2 milk. No reaction.! When I make my Greek yogurt I heat the yogurt to 110 to 115°. It’s already been pasteurized but at a lower temperature. I just keep all my utensils very clean. When I make the homemade kefir, I Alexandre kefir as a starter. So simple to make you can also buy this at Whole Foods and other stores. Some of the A2 milk is ultra pasteurized and I do not buy that kind. So far I am thrilled. It is not cheap to buy the milk but the company did send me coupons. I cut my budget elsewhere. I’m only posting this because if someone wants to continue dairy this may be an answer. The A2 milk has a different protein than A1 milk which is most common in the US it’s just a different cow. It is definitely interesting to look up the difference.
I recommend this supplement to anyone who will listen. And I usually get some looks. I breastfed all of my kids, but we have some type of genetic predisposition to PANDAS/RF/strep in general and 2/3 have symptoms as well as both me and my husband. Years of allopathic treatment with steroids and antibiotics was fruitless and frankly very damaging. Colostrum and herbal microbials has reversed my sons movement disorder and many other distressing symptoms. I keep this on deck and take it frequently. I also noticed less allergic reactions, acne, wrinkles, joint pain. It’s been a God sent.
You guys, he's RIGHT. I recently suffered a devastating, tragic loss, very close to me, and about 3 days afterwards, I noticed that all my usual, chronic aches and pains were gone, and my skin's complexion was so clear and beautiful, which was really helpful, of course, at that time. ...but it dawned on me that the first 2.5 days after the loss, I didn't eat anything because I didn't feel like eating. Then the 4th day, I ate a tiny bit, one time, then for the next 3 days I did the same, then in the evenings I was eating big salads, full of green leafy vegetables and cruciferous vegetables, plus vegs for the liver, feta cheese, and Dr. b Berg's delicious homemade salad dressing recipe. (Sometimes a little hummus with that, or tuna mixed with green salsa.) I ate 1-2 poached eggs in the morning, and kept taking all my nutritional supplements, as well as my homemade herbal infusions. My point is, I had not had any sugars nor complex carbs nor carbs....and my inflammation was gone, just a little muscle tension in my upper back and neck, because of the stress of the loss, with all the arrangements we had to make after our loss, plus a close relative who thinks that this is a great opportunity to pick fights with me. 🙄 .....prayer and warm showers helped to melt that away, plus some stretching that Dr. Berg showed us, for upper back, shoulders and neck.

I was diagnosed with IBS...here in the UK doctors don't talk about Leaky Gut. I've been on the low fodmap diet for 3 years. Initially I was very nauseous even with a small amount of the colostrum. I am feeling very optimistic that this is the answer to my gut problems, I have tried and failed with so many other remedies I was beginning to despair.
I raise registered nigerian dwarf goats and have only tasted the milk once. There’s so much controversy with drinking raw milk that I think I allowed it to freak me out. I was nursed for a little while and didn’t really start having issues until I was older and diagnosed with hashimotos. However my levels stay in range unmedicated. I just seem to have a lot of stomach pain and muscle/joint pain.
