I'm not sure what hatred is. All I know is that I sometimes feel that I want some or all others to cease existing,because I'm bitter inside.

Why do i cry after i stoped being angry

For me, I hate this one person. We use to be best friends, but she would always downplay my emotions and feelings. I was never allowed to say what I wanted to and she’d get mad when I would tell her how I feel. Eventually these built up into uncontrollable rage and mental instability.

I'm generally distrustful of "psychology research." It's odd to me that while no one bats an eye at "hating" certain foods or art styles or other animals, one particular kind of hatred--that of other humans--is so often portrayed as objectively wrong. I've read some psychologists argue that humans who hate dogs--a very popular animal in the West, at least--likely suffer from mental disorders. But interestingly, hating other animals that are no less sophisticated than dogs (like pigs...) doesn't earn the same social or professional condemnation. Seems to me that how much society values the thing being hated often determines whether hatred is a problem in psychology. If it's natural to hate, and it seems to be, then some people will just hate thing the rest of us don't.

My hate stems from being used and abused over and over again by someone that I love. All my relationships from childhood onwards were like pushing rocks up a hill. I began with hateful people and continued with hateful people. I kept forgiving and loving but now I'm done. I've wasted my life being loving to hate filled people and now I've become one of them. I'm raging and full of hate.

Quality coverage of the subject matter... One realization that I just had thanks to you, your efforts to educate, is that many practicing psychologists or those in school for it and a wide array of other authoritarian positions thereof of which are applicable to cognition, experience hatred towards me because I figured all of this out without School and I'm better at it than the majority of people who have phds that I run into and they hate me for the same reasons that nationalists hate immigrants, the fear that I might be better than them at their jobs and of course economic bias is attached to our biological survival and our R-complex... these so-called professionals display their hatred in the form of hasty generalization logical fallacy leading to ad hominem red herring rabbit holes of deflectionary modality and project all the fears of their own insecurities onto me or apply some sort of false analogy logical fallacy in relation to some hate Trend vocabulary like "armchair theorist"... Usually without a word, the hatred is expressed through avoidance of speaking with me or observing my work in order to find out how very fucking wrong they are about a great many things and that they lack logic and wisdom but hey, they got a PhD so they're the experts, right? As if all knowledge only originates from a textbook? Fucking asinine. And of course hate breeds hate and as I get no respect from the intellectual community and no support or protection from abuse, no economic support and I'm trivialize and ignored and Shadow banned by the likes of RU-vid, further hatred because of "me" being different or my inability to conform to the unrealistic expectations of the delusional majority with their subjective, arbitrary, opinionated definition of what is socially acceptable or "normal"... And of course almost all of this is rooted in the m8 structure of the perceptual Paradigm of excessive individualism of which is dreadfully overly simplistic and scientifically illiteracy or myopic perspectives are required to think is more reasonable and applicable than it actually is... so in an attempt to distract their Petty sense of self and their sense of self-worth or identity thereof, or Economic security or social survival and an attempt to secure a mate there of oh, they will destroy the most intelligent people alive through a slow torturous process of hate fueled, ignorant abuse in the form of social, psychological and economic terrorism, but it's subtle but it is still terroristic to ostracize someone, to enable the majority to vilify them further etc. now bring that to your Collegiate environment and all of you can put that in your pipe and smoke it then you can actually shut the fuck up with your mentally lazy bulshit and go watch my content and accept the fact that some people don't need school as much as others do and there are tremendous failures to curriculum in regards to the removal of logical fallacy and cognitive bias as a Paramount prerogative. Yes, I cuss and I am annoyed and justifiably so but not as much emotional intensity is attached to my cussing as the majority usually perceive to be attached to it and then label me as some irrational fanatic or whatever serves their dumb fuck bias so they don't have to have their existential crisis or face their insecurities, grow up from a universal perspective, put down their scissors and take off the fucking blindfold. Hatred at least in my view as someone who experienced intense hatred is an intense form of passionate anger, Often unfiltered and the reality of our initial feelings. I think the purpose is to push away the perceived threat that has utterly shattered your trust as a means of regaining control and a sense of self. Anger is often a response to a loss of control of your state of happiness or what you see as an important part of your life, hate is something personal and vicious partly due to fear of being hurt further when you’re deeply wounded towards the cause. An example is I hate one of my longest-standing friends for committing an act of taking every fearful experience I had everything that hurt me, put it into one action despite being the one I trusted the most, someone I grew up with who knew exactly what my fears were. I hate them because my wound is fresh and deep, I hate them because they will never understand my trauma and thus don't understand how deeply hurt I really am they can only see the surface and think the pain is mutual and blame me. I can't forgive that though I hope one day I will, I ended the friendship walked away from that as I still care for them despite my intense hatred, I left them because neither of us deserves the toxic friendship it's turned into. Now I use my energy from my hate towards exercise, creative outputs and hopefully that fuel will dim and I can move on but know that hate is there for a reason to teach a valuable lesson in moving on and accepting your feelings. The only thing I'd note is never take that anger and turn it into a weapon, use it constructively not to hurt yourself or others. Once the new year comes I aim to completely wipe my past and move onto something new.

The best way to avoid hate is to understand how it is created in our minds. And your video helps a lot to create this awareness. 👌

Constant Selfish - Other people care about something they want, but they don't care about something I want 6. Being Unreasonable 7. Totally Horrid 8. Being overly accused & judgemental (especially without any reasons) 9. Being either exploited or taken advantage of, which would lead me to be set up & cause lots of suffering or reget 10. I experience hatred as so much more. It's a powerful powerful energy. Not depressing, not anxious, not debilitating...its almost the opposite of these... just raw and robust.

"Hate on" is bad English. You can't "hate on" someone unless you've mounted them somehow. Seriously...I don't think mere aversion to someone who is "different" amounts to hatred. As a child, I didn't like clowns. I recoiled from the "different" way they looked. But I didn't become a serial murderer slaughtering anyone I saw wearing a clown costume. It was passive prejudice at the worst. As I've gotten older, I've found that I tend to feel the most intense anger not toward strangers, but toward people to whom I am close or at least to whom I feel spiritually bonded. I've heard it said that hate is really just heartbroken love turned rabid, and I agree. Whenever someone I care about disappoints or "betrays" me in some way, I can feel hatred growing within me. But I still feel love for the person; it's just that I hate the "monster" they have "become." To me, they are no longer really themselves.

I was looking and trying to understand why I was moving away from metal music festivals, now I get it fully. Alot of the metal music artists I really liked listening to years ago I've met in person but without talking to each other I felt their hatred. It was very obvious. After I learned about narcissism/NPD, I understand more why people hate. It's actually about themselves. I understand also why so many hateful people are there, they are attracted to the whole hate element in metal etc, because thats what they feel in themselves. You have to face your fears as you say, ironicly narcissists want to control those they fear, so they never resolve it.

Im a person that can easily hate another person when im angry,but i do only when he provoke me and claim something false against my opinion.Sometimes i feel hate like feeding to soul,i think i lost my logic i became a monster.

I am suffering from hatred and I know it is harming my own life. My sister-in-law (husband's sister) has been financially supported her entire life. Her parents pay for everything. She refuses to work and expects everyone to give her support whenever she needs it (financial or emotional). For many years, she was just that annoying family member that we avoided like the plague. Recently, we found out she was abusing her daughter. (I tried warning everyone but no one would listen until it the situation became very bad). My Husband and I took in our niece (we convinced her by telling her that she has too much on her plate and that she needs to focus on herself - not her child. She agreed and let us take full responsibility of kid). I, now, feel like my SIL has a rope around my neck. I have grown to love her daughter as my own. She will constantly use our love for her daughter as a weapon to control us. "Well, if you don't do this then I will just take my daughter back." I literally hate this woman. Once my niece is 18, this woman will be dead to me. The issue is I have many years to go and I am miserable. Am I afraid of my SIL? Yes. My Dad was a malignant narcissist and I feared his outbursts and rage. My SIL has the same issue. She has "rage blackouts." I feel like, deep down, I hate her because I fear what she will do to me..... and I fear that I won't be strong enough to protect myself because I am weak. I was a doormat for many years and my defense was always to just kick these people out of my life. Problem solves. However, this is the one situation where I can't do that. If I am mean to my SIL, she will take back her daughter and she will suffer. (and yes, I contacted CPS). They said it was "good ol' fashioned bad parenting" but until she has evidence of physical or sexual violence, they couldn't open a case. I feel so trapped and angry.

I’m having a very difficult time getting over my hatred towards my ex girlfriend. She broke up with me on my birthday and then died in a car accident 2 weeks later. I found out she cheated on me for a year after she died. She was also extremely emotionally abusive. It’s wild that the love I felt towards someone became just as strong as the hate I feel now. Ah sweet sweet hatred, just what I'm used to. Makes me feel more at home than the illusion of love. Hatred from the good, hatred from the bad, makes you holy, makes you distinguished, makes everyone else die spiritually, as you never will. Makes you understand human nature, and you can't fear what's understood. Makes you realize that everyone is truly the same, deep down they all want you to fall, though they speak words otherwise. And knowing this makes you appreciate just how fair things really are. Hatred of the best makes them all slaves of the worst, by their own free will. Can you answer this, why would higher achievers hate on people that take longer to learn / achieve things in life? They have no reason at all to be jealous, nor does a person with learning difficulty or even just delayed learning due to delayed education, have anything they need to be jealous over, but they still hate on those people.

It’s not my nature to experience this very often but I don’t want to allow psychopaths or narcissistic people in my life anymore because they cause grave harm to people that are usually very accepting of them.

When it comes to hatred I must be an anomaly. Sports is too trivial to incite hate in me. I may not particularly like athletes but just competing against others isn't reason for me to hate. I don't hate very many people at all but the ones I do hate have this in common: they all have focused negative energy at me in some way. The person I hate most is a person that usually should be trusted but betrayed me.

This is so off. And I wanna ask a question if i can. I've been told by people I'm a ''hater''. The reason is I'm very passionate when I speak about things that I believe are wrong. I hate my city for being lazy at fixing it's infrastructure, cleaning, offering culture when it's factual that there's more than enough money to address all that. I hate that living abroad is such a complicated thing to do specially when you're well over your late 30's. I hate feminists because they're making women's lives harder and men's also in the process. I hate the ridiculous social conventions that have proved not to work like school and work(as we know it today). Etc etc etc. A huge list of things. Yes, I use the word hate lightly and often. Does that mean I'm a ''hater''? It just seems to be a lazy way of trying to shut down a person with an opinion based on facts and not just subjectivity and bias. And I AM filled with a certain desperation when I think or address these subjects but it's certainly not hate.

I'm pretty sure hate is an inevitable vicious circle. Difference to other groups = fear since one does not understand it, fear = aggression towards said group, aggression = hate, vice versa for the targeted groups. Typical example = morals in Islam and western culture are two extremly polarized groups. The first Liberal and loose, the other Conservative and restricted. It's quite obvious that hate and fear will be present as long as the two worlds collide

🌍 It is very much known that most of the psychological personality is formed by the age of 9. The identity is formed and developed in time of course socially and beyond… yet it really isn’t to the individual. In most people often cling to their in groups many reject them or are turned into something else all together by abuse. The personality disorders and mental health conditions that arise can be staggering and complicated surrounding identity. Globalization has torn away at in groups. As societies mix and become more connected by tech and travel the endless warring has changed. Medieval structures still play out in many personalities in the world as people are to weak to evolve and go darker. Yet mankind has evolved from that legally/ ethically despite the use of group pressures. Fear in identity (the fuel of much of this) certainly is changing as we move into a collective survival of climate changes, bizarre world order tech and endless self development pressures and goals. 🌎
