35:40 No way I'm gonna believe the people in the casino office can look in a computer and tell when a slot machine is going to hit. If that were true then the casinos would have nightmares dealing with all the employees who would be scheming to pull inside jobs. And there already have been past cases of inside jobs with programmers who worked for a company making the machines and had knowledge of how to hack the random number generators in the machines. I don't know anything about casinos, I've never seen the inside of one, but it does not make business sense for them to open themselves to that level of security breech. They are going to want those machines to be as random and unpredictable as possible while profiting on the long term percentage in their favor.

Casinos need to have 10' x 10' apartments so that people can live on site. They also need to link slot machines to people's bank accounts - so that every spin is either a deposit or withdrawal from your bank account.
They need to bring in one dollar bets I think it would help a lot but the pubs and clubs won't have a bar of it they wouldn't make enough so they say. They don't care about all the addicts out there
