I love how he is written in the MAX comic series; a Villain Protagonist who is fully aware of and openly acknowledges that he is no hero or vigilante, but a psychopathic serial killer who ultimately kills criminals not to protect innocent people but because he simply likes killing. In my opinion, Castle's self-awareness and honesty about himself is one of the most important aspects of his character. I also love that he was written to ALREADY be a remorseless murderer in Vietnam while his wife and children were still alive.

DJLurkerHC nice job adding what the punisher says when he kills them after the flashbacks. Do you know the good versions too? The Punisher says something different if he chooses to knock out the criminal instead. For example: the flashback " I just got married!" if the Punisher knocks him out he says " Consider this a wedding gift."

The flashbacks in this game really threw me off...i was having so much fun killing and beating people and then they threw this curveball when the guy says "im gonna be a daddy" and the flashback happens...they did an incredible job poking at your emotions with the flashbacks. Needless to say i spared most flashbacks
Everyone’s quoting the kill lines frank has but his best is the warning to someone saying they got kids Knocks them out: “they’ll be orphans if I see you again”

That's bc he doesn't know what the punisher have done and how he was ruthless even before his family getting killed he was killing people in the Vietnam War he accidentally killed a child bc he was in the shadow but the child gave up if he was merciful the child would stay alive Even frank knows the soldier just a people do what they ordered for their countries he showed he regretting killing that child But later he said he ènjoyed killing people in the war So his family murder was just excuse to enjoy killing I like the punisher but he is evil that's something we can't deny

@@Yes_Fantasy_419 Actually most versions of Frank don't have him as a psychopath. Mostly because he can still feel empathy, something psychopaths don't do
This game has so much remaster potential, a 3rd person arcade shooter with a graphic gimmick of executions featuring one of the most comic accurate portrayals in videogames, coupled with a great soundtrack, very underrated game.
