no, what's with these people. They consider and value everything other than merit. And seriously you think 3 trillion like that. All these people don't study economics, don't study science. Just get happy being called as intellectual by people in there useless fields. Just care about jobs not doing job well. Just care about representation and not performing well. Enough of reservation is already there. Let merit have some dammed place.

They are talking about building an ecosystem where deserving people can work equally like deserving women don't have to leave their jobs just because they had a baby and they can't leave baby at home they rnt talking about giving undeserving people a job they don't deserve... Go and study DEI first then talk
