Hello and welcome to MCT Trains 🚂 This Rail Tour special comes to you from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. I've been following LSL's Inter-City 'Push/Pull' Scottish Tour ft ScotRail liveried Class 47712 'Lady Diana Spencer' and LSL's newly refurbished ScotRail MK3's and DBSO 9707.
This has been one of my favourite trips to date following a tour due to the stunning locations and scenery this tour has passed through. It's been simply breathtaking 😲.. The loco has performed superbly snd it was fantastic to see it working over its old stomping ground ❤️.. LSL really have done a superb job with the MK3's and DBSO restoration 👏😃.

Yes I do! I did cover some miles but it was a beautiful part of the country for a break and to follow the train 🚂 Glad you enjoyed the video 😊

That's dedication, the number of miles you put in to cover the tour, I hope you enjoyed the scenery as well as the push-pull set! It's great to see one of these trains again after over 30 years. Hopefully it can run some tours with pick-ups in Scotland or visit a Scottish preserved line soon.

Absolutely! Yeah I covered a few miles 😴 but it was beautiful scenery and the train was awesome! I believe there are plans for future Scottish tours so that should be good 👍 Glad you enjoyed the video 😊

Glad you enjoyed it, that means a lot. I wanted to try and show some of the epic scenery with this one it really was a lovely trip. Probably my favourite tour trip to date. When I eventually get up to diggle I’ll do something similar 👍🏻 next one is south wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 for the 37/47 tour 😀

Brilliant clips! Lovely looking thing this is, the livery makes it look so much better! I'm glad the DBSO is getting some attention from railtours, not seen any 47's or DBSO's in a while, need to see some soon! There's a possible 47 coming up by me on Wednesday actually! Great video, absolutely loved it! Also, do you know if this Colas move I saw on Friday is happening again on Monday - it's scheduled..?
