Well Penny you made me smile 😊thanks for sharing the sewing machine I guess I’m famous now lol Im not a collector of sewing machines I have an old Bernina an Elna and a 301 Singer and now this I love the way you showed half square triangles easy easy easy you always make it look so easy thanks again for showing us how!!! Mean while looking for vintage sewing machine if you know what I mean!!!
That green singer was so pretty! I sew on vintage Singers. My favorite is my 301. I love my featherweight also. What was the style of the one you found? Loved it! Happy quilting!
I love your channel, my only regret is that I didn’t find you sooner. That sewing machine looks like it has never been used what a blessing to find, not to mention a blessing for me to see it. The star quilt was also beautiful, just amazing. I love making half square triangles with this method, so quick and easy. I also think and sew as you were describing, in what I call assembly line quilting it seems to be much faster. My friend calls it stack repeats. Life is great as quilters, it is only wrong if it doesn’t work, lol!
You are so right about encouraging others in any way you can especially since they may be having a bad time. Kindness never hurts anyone and will enrich your life too.
You make a lot of people smile. I just hope to make someone smile each day. ❤ Thank you for these Quilting videos. I hope to visit your shop some time this summer.
Likewise, love your tutorial, envious of both sewing machine and quilt. Going to replay beginning in hopes of finding name of pattern you mentioned. Thank you for sharing.
The pattern in the beginning of the video is called scrappy star. Here’s the link: www.sewcharmingquiltshop.com/shop/c/p/Scrappy-Star-Quilt-x70752969.htm
