Using planes often myself, I remember seeing that detail but never brought attention to it before till now. Probably goes to show that the small details help sell the experience!
I got gunned down when landing on the beaches on Pacific Storm and fell in the water and drowned, shit was freaky because you know damn well someone actually died like that in the real war
Another Detail is that: When you jump out of an aircraft at incredible heights, you're character passes out due to Hypoxia. EDIT: You're character doesn't pass out but dies I sed passed out because you cant die from hypoxia I think.
Hypoxia is a condition that is caused by absence of enough oxygen in the tissues to sustain bodily functions. So no you cannot die from hypoxia, but you will die from the lack of oxygen. That's if you don't reach the level altitude were oxygen is most pressent.
Really love what Dice have been doing with BF5 lately. They are really starting to turn it around. Love all these little details they're putting in too.
The Red Poppies on BFV’s Arras Map really gives a very haunting and Bone chilling feel for the players and even BF1 Veterans as you mentioned that both the British Empire and German Empire first fought in very place on ground but also in the sky in 1917. But then 23 years later, both would return to the old Bloody Fields of Arras in 1940. It’s sad that some World War 1 battles come back to haunt soldiers now in a New Conflict. "Lest We Forget"

I was watching a documentary on Iwo Jima the other day and found the Japanese actually had to eat Coal when things got desperate.... it was horrendous what those troops had to endure.
They should add a detail that if you approach a plane with rad baron (let say the plane is on the ground) you can hear a faint crackle of the geiger counter
Details like 8:35 where somehow there's a black soldier fighting in Europe, even though 99.9% of the military at the time were white, and there were no integrated fighting units? So annoying how the left keeps trying to rewrite history.
I actually shoot the tyres of non playable vehicles in BFV every match since day one I just find it fun 😁 One thing though I thought DICE was gonna implement that with player vehicles but they didn’t. I was hoping to shoot out enemy tyres. I’m sure that was one of the original things that DICE sold us but removed.
It would be pretty nice if they changed the melee "damage types" back... keep all of them at the same damage numbers while having Slashing/Crushing with little perks is cool. Slashing to cut wires etc, Crushing to break wooden objects/windows. Could even use slashing to safely disable the new wired Bouncing Betty.
6:51 the browning M1919 does have a quick change barrel. But to get at it you need to unscrew the front of the barrel and then you can remove it. If you what to see how it works go and seach the M1919 in Rising storm 1
Jack is a USAAF Bomber gunner so what he is wearing makes sense (the flak vest, pants, rain boots, O2 tank and parachute) and he's backstory fits said theme. Some crews would tear off their sleeves and make "vests" out of their shirts
The things I have noticed in battlefield V is the poppy’s because of WWI, the rope ladders which I showed to my friends and now that’s how we get into the LCVPs, the bunker holes, the lee enfield quick finger, truck tire deflation the zeros recoil
While I can't say as I'll ever play Battlefield V again after all the issues I've had with it, I still hope for it's success, and these videos are just entertaining to watch to see just how much care ACTUALLY was put into the game, even if at times it's a bug riddled mess.
Another deatil is that when you run with the Katana, your Person will rase three fingers, ready to swipe it when running. And puts them back down when they stop running.
There’s a trick you can do with the Lee Enfield series of rifles where if you hold it a certain way you can fire it extremely fast with the right training.
The "mad minute" was also used during WW1, where trained soldiers would fire their Lee Enfield in sync, creating a nonstop wall of bullets, where those on the opposing side thought it was a machine gun firing at them.
@@itzvihaan6734 Its because it is literally shooting an Enfield as fast as possible without much regard for accuracy, just a mad storm of fire. Germans in WWI would erroneously belief they were being shot at by machine guns when in fact it would be a few Brits doing a mad minute with their rifles.
When you use the katana occasionally you will see your character holding out three fingers which is actually a part of the one slice technique (I dont know the actual name). Its just a neat little detail l. Ih and in the trailer pacific war when the Japanese soldier puts away his katana he uses the actual technique of sheathing it by sliding the blade against the sheath (he looks down when the purpose us to be able to keep your eyes forward) just a couple small underrated things
I saw a player shoot some weapon at a tent to watch it melt. This was at the beginning of Pacific Storm for the Japanese. There was another teammate standing next to him watching him. I wondered what was going on. Then the player fired something, whoosh, up went the tent in flames and the tarp melted or burned off quickly.
While I was in a plane in third person I noticed that if you get a damaged wing and repair it the tip of the same wing will wobble and flap when you move your plane compared to the other wing wich remains stable
I have one detail... But can you double checked Flak? Its in the US faction "Tropical Gift" skin for the chest, when downed and requesting for a revive, you can read in the belt/ammo carrier "US Army" or "USMC"
Hey Flak, you might have covered this already, but you talked about special reload animations before, but did you know there are special animations for using Supply or Bandage kits? The other day I was playing a Medic and was low health, so hit the heal button, but instead up just picking up and looking at the bandage kit, I did a Star Wars Reference. I outreached my arm and summoned a MedKit pouch seemingly out of thin air. The pouch then flew into my hand and then I used it. This was the first and only time i've noticed this happen. Does this mean resupply and healing pouches have a bunch of secret animations as well?
I haven't specifically covered them, but they did make a cameo appearance once. The "force pull" animation can happen with both med and ammo pouches. I think there's just the one special animation, though.
not really a detail, but apparently you can crouch in an MG position in a half track or something. might be something well known but i just found that out.
They pay attention to such small thing which is awesome but yet somehow when spawning as German paratrooper an parachuting the plan is an American plane with a iron cross slapped on it( they added the correct German plan to firestorm as drop plane but have changed the cutscene) an all the npcs inside are always British looking lol totally makes sense
i haven't payed myself but i watched a vido from jackfrags and there is a heavyattack with the katana that kill in one swing and gieves you 30 health for every kill.

@@blumerc9002 he has a whole fight suit. Minus the sleeves. An oxegen tank, boots ect. Just doesnt have flight cap or mask or what ever. It says hes a little older then most in his Squadron....

The man completed 12 missions before Europe before being reassigned to the Pacific Theatre, it’s not that hard to believe that he would be older than most of his squad members. I'm skeptical to believe that he's a bomber crewman/aviator because of how his biography is like, not because of the way he's dressed. And why do you keep using the word aviator? Is he an aviator or is he a bomber crewman, the aviator is the one who pilots the plane.
