All your hundreds, if not thousands of hours, to master and learn this masterpiece are a testament to your own commitment to give it to us. We are incredibly grateful…
Hello Naoya, that is the best version of the rain song I have ever heard! You make that guitar sing so beautifully. I would love to learn how to play that. Thank you for sharing your art❤
There's something special about a lovely Japanese woman in a kimono playing a Led Zeppelin song and playing it so well. Music really is the universal language.
Ok there’s a few things I was actually quite surprised to see a lovely Asian woman play this song. I didn’t think they loved classic rock for some reason. Just shows that great music is loved the world over. Second OMG are you ever good and you could see you were feeling this song as you played. Third if you ever come to Canada we have to jam. VERY WELL DONE 🎉🤩🥰
That was BEAUTIFUL. I found myself lost in your playing.. and by the end I realized there were tears in my eyes. The Rain Song has always meant so much to me. I’ve loved it since I first remember hearing it in 1973 when I was 10 years old. I’m 60 now. You did this wonderful song justice. ✌🏽❤️🎸
I appreciate the way Naoya Hanawa's detached presentation of the song allows the tune to sing itself. The music flows to its natural consequence rather than being pushed; demanding a response. There are no exaggerated stanzas, unnecessary amplifications or emotional hyperbole. The abstract sonic configuration in our head freely transports to where it naturally should go and belongs.
@@sirfultonbishop Thank you for the compliment. BTW, is your moniker derived from bishop Fulton Sheen; the famous TV evangelist? If the name shows an interest in christian spirituality, I have a very interesting interpretation of a Led Zeppelin song to share with you. With your consent they'll send it on.
That was just sublime. What a beautiful tone that guitar has. If I could play guitar at all I would be grateful, but if I could play it like that, I doubt if I'd ever put the thing down. Thanks so much for sharing.
I'm learning this song right now. This is my favorite rendition, and my inspiration. I hope to play it as beautifully as she has. Thank you for the wonderful example!
the only time I've ever heard it that perfect. was jimmy page playing it. BRAVO absolutely perfect this made my day thank you very much for posting I'm going back now to listen again 😊😊😊😁😁😁
Splendid interpretation, nostalgic, delicate, sensitive... Thank you for it. Esplendida interpretación, nostalgica, delicada, sensitiva... Gracias por ello
Something i need to learn is the fluidity of the picking hand. Yours is so fluid the tobthe untrained eye, it would appear like you weren't playing. But you are with prowess and technical undertaking!❤
arigatou gozai mashi ta ! I am very impressed with your technical ability playing these choreds properly. I have played this tune for 30 years and it is always a treat to hear someone play it so well. I will subscribe to hear more of your music.
