The range anxiety myth 

My claim: Range anxiety has nothing to do with total range but if you think you can make it the distance you require (to the destination or the charger/fuel station). Range anxiety has more to do with inaccurate range predictions. Our cheap MG EV has fantastic range prediction (unlike my longer range fossil fuel powered BMW before it was electric) so we never need to be anxious about if we can make it or not.
Warning! - Please don't try this in your fossil fuel powered vehicle or you will be stuck at home with not enough range to get to the fuel station!
