Those are not rare. It's just that the pricing on these is just ridiculous, 90k to 100k+ for a Ford product. And they're sitting on the lot. Nobody is buying these.
the reason they put the window switches in the middle is if you take the door off the driver side, you can still control the passenger and other doors you have (aka 4 door Bronco) if they are still on
Interesting vehicle, and I love the retro nod. Ford has priced almost all potential buyers out of the game though, this thing is RIDICULOUSLY expensive ! I’ll just keep driving my 20yo Toyota 4x4 with its 300,000 miles. Probably more reliable anyway…
I love that the retro style is making a comeback. They just look timeless, compared to the more modern and sharp designs that looks dated within a year or so!
Rare gem. Only 1,966 6th gen two doors were made in this trim. I’d love to have one to sit in the shed, take the top off, drive on sunny days and pass down to my niece or nephew some day. These vehicles may not exist some day.
Your romantic way of looking at things is refreshing, I think these aren't meant for everyone, if you can afford one its owning a work of automotive art. Not a "ripoff"
11:00 The sound is probably from the Vacuum brake booster. My car has an oversized booster, and it makes this air-y echo-y sound when pumped. Doesn’t have any effect on the brakes, but I don’t know what causes it.

These look so cool but after seeing how the Broncos have been holding up over the past couple of years I can't see spending the money. My ten year old F-150 runs great and has a pretty bulletproof drivetrain but the paint is just falling off in chunks. My best friend's four year old Explorer had an engine replacement because the water pump blew up inside the engine and the interior is coming apart and looks like a 1995 Hyundai. New Fords are expensive but the quality doesn't support the price.
As someone who’s been in a rollover crash you would FOR SURE hit your head on that bolt/latch. Once you’re upside down you slip out of the seat and hit your head on the roof. I can’t imagine slamming into that bolt. I only hit my head on soft headliner and I had a raging headache plus a sore neck for a week. Maybe some cars lock in the seatbelt tightly more tightly than my Honda.
Keep hearing people complain about wind noise -- I have one and it's completely quiet... Exceptionally quiet in fact. Infotainment is immediate for me and not laggy at all. I actually noted how fast it felt (my personal comparisons are Jaguar and BMW). I also wish the mirrors would fold automatically, and space is definitely limited in the 2 door. As someone who used to be a Jeep guy, the whole platform is seriously impressive - especially 2-door compared to 2-door. (And anyone who would pay $92k would have to be out of their mind.)
At 7:10. I'd say the reason they have it in the middle, is on the 4 door not everyone will remove all 4 doors, since you might have children in the back seat. So if they are on the doors, now the driver loses the controls for the back doors.
Reason why Bronco Raptor didn’t have as much wind noise as this car is bc no one had taken off the roof panels yet. Once you take them off they never quite fit together exactly right again. I have several friends that’ve bought Broncos & found this out.
I see these all the time in chicagos north shore, very popular with the white mom crew, not a bad thing, just literally always the case that I’ve seen so far.
iv seen a fair share available across the US especially in local lots, its just that no one is gonna buy these at these prices when you could buy some nice luxury tier SUVs.

Honestly after seeing how the roofs leak, the engines fail, and the infotainment lags. I'm starting to think that the Escape based Bronco Sport might be the better buy. It also has a heritage edition with pastel colors and white trim pieces
When pumped in audio comes through the speaker of the Bronco you all say it sounds good but when it comes from other Ford models yall say it sounds terrible.. Make up your mind.. Its the same fake audio for the last 10 years for the 2.7 EcoBoost..
My local dealer has one. It’s a neat little truck. They want $72k for it 😆 it doesn’t have any options. I’m sure some rich guy will buy it but that’s crazy
i just wish ford took the simple approach and put the coyote and a beefy manual transmission in these. I just want it to be mechanically simple and be built ruggedly
On my aftermarket pioneer radio when you connect your iPhone using the wire and there is a wireless CarPlay ability in the car it seems to always connect wirelessly. Just uses the cord to do the initial handshake. It does not default to wired when plugged into the cable. Are u sure the oem wireless capable cars aren’t the same?
