He is right about disagreement over the exact dates of the middle ages. I would say they started in 476 when the Germanics conquered the Western Roman empire and ended in 1453 when the Turks conquered the Eastern Roman Empire. The exact dates don't really matter that much, but it's fun to debate. I could also see 1492 as a good end date as well because of the Columbus expedition and the end of the Moors in Spain.

45:11 While we didn’t see the Tullys in season one we did see two prominent Riverland Houses in the Brackens and Blackwoods who are famous for their strong rivalry. They are the Hatfield-McCoys of Westeros. Since both houses hate each other so much we can expect they will definitely pick different sides of the conflict in order to continue their long standing feud into the battlefield of the Dance of the Dragons!

Little side story; When the White Ship was leaving Barfleur a group of priests tried to board her to bless the ship, but were quickly jeered and shooed away by the drunken prince's entourage. You can imagine those priests watching (or hearing since it was dark) the disaster unfolding and secretly thinking, 'damn right suckers.'

am starting to doubt this show now! because the point of a tvshow is for the showmaker to give fans a clear relatable story video wise and good culture protraying attracts the viewers into this mysterious universe! this youtube videos give me a doubt that they didn't potray the show in a way where even beginners find it interesting!
