I think Joseph Gordon Levitt at less than a 6.5-7 is pretty harsh, he looks decent, Brad Pitt obviously looks better but he also have slighlt negative eyebrow tilt and still viewed as one of the best looking men ever, in my opinion the slightly negative eyebrow tilt is not something that puts him down as much as you mentioned, the eyes are very decent and compact and also the jawline is pretty good and the overall harmony.

Looks are like fashion it goes in and out of style. Anything can be made ugly or beautiful. When dad bods were in,it was all the rage, now it's you're overweight and obese. They want a pretty boy, yet they call him gay and too effeminate. Want a masculine man, yet he's scary and dangerous. Want a fit man, he's too muscular and too much into his looks. As you can see, it's all a trend that get's attention when the artvog persuasion is at work.
