I am employed by a small business and am treated very well by the owner and my supervisor. Lots of praise, we are on very friendly terms, and they do nice things for the employees fairly frequently (catered lunches, fully paid for team building events etc), and in return I give them everything I can and go out of my way to do more than what's asked of me. The only singular reason I would ever voluntarily leave this company, and the single biggest reason why anyone would ever leave any company that they are truly treated very well at, is because I am very much under-compensated compared to the current average salary range in my area for my field and experience level, and because I am doing way, way more than should ever be expected from me. People quit and job hop because it is the fastest way to get a raise, because employers do not seem to have realized yet how much inflation has affected their workforce, and how much more they need to expect to have to pay their employees in order to retain them as a result of this. It's not that "nobody wants to work", it's that nobody wants to work for a shitty wage that doesn't scale to the effort they put in and the rapidly increasing cost of their essentials.
One of our best employees at our restaurant has been working for my family for 20 years is planning on leaving sometime next year to finally open his own restaurant. While I absolutely hate to see him go, I wish nothing but success for him in the future in finally achieving his dream.
@@timvirginia6327 Tim, you seem to be repeating yourself multiple times here. Clearly you have a perspective on this and that’s great; but after sharing it 17 times, it begins to lose other readers and feels less powerful. There is always nuance in interpersonal relationships; judging others from the outside is a very difficult, likely futile and surely unhelpful thing to do.
@@timvirginia6327 Tim, you are welcome to have an opinion but I think I speak for most everyone here when I say we really don't care to hear it. Negative Nancy's are no fun, maybe you need a change in your life as well? Something to bring you out of that horrible outlook you have.. just a thought. Good chat 👍
@@shinyphat3105 nah I think he’s done working on cars for Craig. What it sounds like German was wearing to many hats and just getting paid for one. And probably wanted a raise and or title change with someone to help him and got neither. Maybe he didn’t communicate well either, who knows. So now Craig’s working on cars on his own.
Despite saying you didn’t want to paint a negative picture of German, you did a good job of peppering the conversation with negative details of German. I really hope the best for the both of you.
Smart move on both our parts. I retired way early with friends wondering why i would give up such a high paying job. I had enough to retire but wasn't rich yet could follow my passions of traveling, cycling and racquetball. I lost weight, actually slept all night long and feel SO much better about life and myself. I wake up at 6, make a cup of coffee and read the paper. Best time of the day as I think of so many people having to get ready to go to a crappy job, one that may actually hate. I've never looked back. Chasing that money is great, so you think but the price you pay in so many other ways for the incremental values you think will enrich your life but don't just isn't worth it.
Michael Fortier, don’t waste your breath. Craigs god is the almighty dollar. He collects things. He collects things he doesn’t need and probably doesn’t even want but he wants to make sure that all of the people around him notice him. It’s a very empty reward and unfortunately he may never figure that out
Michel - Thank You so much for sharing that. I’m kinda in the same boat and wondering should I retire early and do something different. I couldn’t stop smiling about the coffee and the newspaper. Those are my favorite things!!!
@@remakk1174 Take the leap. At first, it's scary but then you settle in and realize what a crappy way to live, to live to work. It's early here in Houston but I'm up and heading down to my favorite little restaurant I occasionally go to where I'll have my coffee and read my paper (lol). Driving back home will be when the first wave of people driving to work, rushing around like crazed little ants scurrying to a job they hate. I'm going home to peace and quiet, to drink another cup of coffee and catch up on what's happening in the world on my computer. Oh, around 9:30AM when the traffic has died down, I'll be heading into town to ride 26 miles up and down our bayou bike trials. It's so nice and quiet on the weekdays. I stay off them on the weekends because they're clogged up with work warriors now off. Grocery shopping on a Monday morning, no problem, nice and quiet. You'll learn to hate Saturdays when most are off, clogging the streets. You get so sucked into the system so easily because most are living this way. BTW- I left completely out of debt and in great health which was important for me. Take the leap and you'll never regret it. Quit listening to people who are in the rat trap. They're the people you should least listen to.
@@timvirginia6327 he owns a dealership, this is what they do. You cannot buy only what you want but what others will purchase, if you want to make any money.
I worked at a company for 11years. My boss turned into my best friend. We got into habit of not taking days off and a 12 hour day was going home early. All the money cost us our friendship. It wasn't worth it.
I wish every person I've ever worked for could watch this video. It's amazing for someone at that point in your life, who's making good money, to not only have that moment of self awareness but to actually make the change and sacrifice some wealth for more life, man, I genuinely respect the hell out of that.
I fully understand. I owned a successful business making really good money, but I was working 70 to 80 hours a week and finally came to the realization that all the money in the world means nothing if you don't have time to enjoy yourself and your family. I sold my business and was lucky enough to be able to retire comfortably. I'm happy for both of you and I'm sure that good things are ahead for you guys .
Wow! It is awesome that you are able to see that German and his actions are a sign. Most folks would have been bitter, but you have the ability to take things for what they are and not make them into what you want. I have and will continue to enjoy watching as you move through your journey. Thank you and German for sharing. Your relationship with German is evolving to the next level. May it be as enjoyable as the last!
If you didn’t see Craig‘s bitterness in the video you weren’t paying attention. He was so bitter he had to blame it all on German I noticed, German wasn’t as enthusiastic, German wasn’t there, German wasn’t that. In a nutshell it was all Germans fault.
Craig, I like your videos and am sure you are a good man, for a Floridian : - ). When I part ways with an employee, I tend to keep my own council. I quit watching at 7 minutes into the video. You should see a therapist.
Craig is bitter he don’t wanna show on camera German stupid for living i Guarantee he won’t get a better job or have a better situation than he did with Craig
I understand German's decision completely. And I am glad you have decided to also. Your work life balance will be better! Your mood will improve, your family will be happier, you will have a much better life! I worked in healthcare management for the past 12 years and the last year has been the worst in my 30 working years. Picking up slack for being understaffed, grouchy ass people all around. I can go on and on. It is exhausting and depressing. I was fired from my position a month ago and it was the best thing that happened to me. I am spiritual also and feel it was God's way of getting me out of there. I have a nice savings and am comfortable until I figure out what I want to do. I can tell you life is 100% better! Everything happens for a reason and everything works out the way it should. God bless!
Craig claiming that he’s spiritual is the biggest joke that he’s ever told on this channel. He isn’t the holy spirit, that’s for damn sure. He doesn’t know the meaning of spirituality because he’s too busy collecting things that don’t mean shit to anybody and he’s busy impressing people that he doesn’t know and who don’t care. I think it’s a disease
When a person reaches this stage, that’s when you offer a partnership to pique his interest. He realized he’s building YOUR business and doing nothing for himself except for getting his bills covered. What life is that?
The way he talks about making sure employees aren’t “too happy” and making sure they know they’re replaceable is kind of telling. In my opinion at least.
I'm considering a German move myself. I've been grinding myself to a hault and burning the candle on both ends and I'm just not motivated or enjoying anything anymore. Just barely going through the motions and emotions. I have saved enough to get by for a little while. So I am considering taking 6 to 12 months off to unwind and just see where the world leads me and see what options the world leads me to. Also I'm hopefully giving a kidney to my mom so I'll need.time to recover from all that. Good luck to everyone.
Craig, this was one of the most unique and interesting automotive YT videos I've ever seen, the level of transparency you have with us is fantastic. German is obviously a very good friend and mentor, someone that is more important than dollars and car deals. I'm glad you saw the signs and were able to process Germans need for a slower pace in life with care, love, and understanding. The relationship you two have is really what is missing in the world today, be it car sales or any other sales industry, valuing people over profit. Your success is based on the people you surround yourself with also being successful, there could be no better indicator that change is needed when you sense those around you are not happy anymore. You and German will find away to have fun together, perhaps even make money together again, keep that core value close Craig it's your meal ticket. Best of luck German and Godspeed !
You hit the nail on thr head. Everybody is allways the "hero" in their story, if Craig was truly the AMAZING employer he believes himself to be, he wouldnt be going trough this. Employes who truly feel valued dont just walk away like this. Craig didnt get to the top with just a good guy persona, im sure theirs another side to him. That applies to all buisnesses big and small. Is the employee an asset or just a number. For example theres a reason a company like Costco have a high retension rate, even though retail has a high turnover rate.
German woke up and smelled the roses . How much does he need to live and drop out of the rat race? Craig as a boss obviously has to sleep with the numbers in his head . But German as he got older had enough of the grind and people saying can you do it for $4650 instead of $;5500. So he hung his hat up and I wish him all the best . Good for him. I’d love to see a video with him if he’d agree and ask about his spiritual journey .
Honestly I see what your saying but at the same time in real light of the matter because he didn't say anything personal about what german was going to do. He honestly saw it as an opportunity to do what Craig does for a living and was able to see his self a business opportunity instead of an employee for someone else doing the same thing. It's hard to work work work and then realize if you did the same thing your doing you could make more money doing it for yourself instead of for others. 100% the truth of being a business owner. More risk is more reward.
Sorry to hear about the near perfect partnership that came to and end. I've followed the channel for a long time now but youll both be in a better place soon Because of this. I honestly think I'd fill that role you need perfectly but sadly I live in Wisconsin. I've sold cars of my own for years, and have been working at a small detail shop for 2.5 years now. I'm a 25 year old guy who's always had dreams of owning my own dealership and working with a mentor/leader like yourself would help us both I'd think. Whatever happens I wish the best for ya Greg.
God Bless you German. I wish the best for you and your family. Make everyday your best day. Take care. I repeat my comments for Craig and his family as well. Enjoy. 😊👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
Craig, I love the content that you do put out, and I’m a longtime subscriber. To German, you’re a great worker and hope the best for you on your life’s journey. Hope all is well with the both of you.
Best of luck to you both. Focus on family and life. Do what makes you happy. I think you could do extremely well on focusing on just a few cars a month and do more in depth content from buy repairing and selling. The content revenue will make up for the rest. 👍
I have to hand it to Craig. He did a great job making sure that everybody who watch the video got the idea that it was all Germans fault. German was slipping. German wasn’t enthusiastic anymore. German wasn’t excited anymore. So much BS.
I don't think he was making anything German's fault. He didn't say his work was shabby or anything like that. All he said was he could tell German wasn't himself.
Everyone needs to take a deep breath after a few years of going balls to the wall - never a bad thing. You never know when its your time to go and no one ever says "I wish I could've made more money" its always "I wish I would have spent more time with friends and family. I think its a great decision especially in your position
Congratulations 👏 Guys for understanding this life isn't about money. Happy trails German 👣, from a German lady 😀. I am currently making a career move myself and next week starting a new adventure. God's blessings to German family and Craig and family 👪 🙏 ❤️ peace be with you 🙏
Selling wholesale sucks. I buy too high and sell too low. Thankfully I built my business on RU-vid, and my dealership was only a means to an end. Running a dealership, and RU-vid takes a ton of time but it can be done. I'll be 100% debt free in about 5 years if I keep doing what I'm doing. 100% worth it.
Great idea, I think that you guys slow down TOGETHER. Chill out, take less jobs , less auctions , buying less cars ; free days for him , free days for you.., that's the way to go. I think you took too much stuff on yourself Craig. Gotta slow down , gotta enjoy more ! and as German said : more fun stuff , more cool cars , less profit! I think you should both take some days/weeks off until the end of the summer and then sit down in Sept and talk things thru . You guys are a great team. Don't let that go.
Greg you seem like a sponge when it comes to improving your tried and true skills. German seems like an absolute natural, and a man of many talents. Pass down the knowledge he gave you to a worthy "replacement". Good luck.
Yeah and don’t forget to name the replacement for German the manager, a title Craig was never willing to give to German. How do you suppose that’s gonna make German feel? Well I have the answer to that… The same way he’s felt since the day started working for Craig.
I especially like the part where Craig blamed himself and I think he said he shot himself in the foot by paying German too much money. Can you believe the arrogance of that guy?
@@timvirginia6327 I didn't take it that way. Although he was vague and sort of thinking out loud. Either way, I would love to see German start a channel and share his knowledge. But he doesn't seem like the type to do so, nothing wrong with that. To each their own.
Take the sign! Nothing is more important than time with family especially the kids, they’re only small for so long man, the rest will work itself out !
German’s comment about it working out is so true. Most of us overwork and over contribute to organizations we work for, as that is how you succeed. Looking forward to seeing German again, with you two working on projects that are rewarding to both.
I also appreciate the candor. I hope the information you shared was with his permission. But let's face it. German could start his own RU-vid channel. I fully expect to see that in the future. He already has a fan base. German....if you're listening...I'll subscribe!
Great video Craig. I had a booming machine shop however after building engines for 34 years I was burnt. Walked away from it and found another career that I love. And after 10 years of this I am preparing to go into another venture. Like you said, you only live once. Live to work, not work to live!
Slow down that's the key right on craig that's what I did leaving my franchise store I usto work for for 13yr no weekend 😢 now I have a small dealer and by appointment only and it's great. German will be mist but at the end of the day we need a friend like that to open our eyes.
Where is the other video that Craig talks about failing and needing to tighten things up? Craig, def keep grinding but at the same time, make sure to be living in the moment with your family. Your kids are only small once, enjoy all of it!
I wish German the best of luck in his future endeavors. It's great you are both still on amical terms. I'm younger than German but after 20 years I left my career in the automotive dealership world I had just had enough mentally. Did the least logical thing and cashed out part of my 401k and took time off and did nothing other than spend time with my family and enjoyed every moment. Money is absolutely not everything. And as you said it Craig, when is it enough money? Where is the end? Gotta do what's best for your mental health. Look forward to future collaborations where German may join you on projects.
Wow! So classy and thanks for sharing. Can't replace German, but totally understandable as we all get a little older and the kids get bigger and move out. Life changes and as long as you two are still friends that is all that really matters. My best advice now is just hire hard and manage easy. On a side note, maybe do a German's corner where once or twice a year you buy something fun just for the hell of it and enjoyment of the project to go along with the bread and butter vehicles.
Craig, I love your ability to self reflect. Some people would see this as an opportunity to complain and stress out, and you saw an opportunity to make this situation work for you. Wishing you the best in everything you do.
There's so much to disagree with there. Mainly, "you need to ensure that your employees feel they are replaceable". If you treat people that way, they're going to up and go because it says you don't truly value what they bring to your business. If someone is as important to your business as German clearly was to Flying Wheels, then you should reward them properly and make sure they know that they are valued. Maybe German didn't want the responsibility of running the shop, but clearly the business needs more staff and Craig has reacted too late imo.
I feel like i can relate to some extent. I'm 23 and been a Pizza driver for a few years for a small family run business. I left for college last fall but got suspended (low gpa) it just didnt work for me. I was rehired and could tell the bussiness took a hit. I stayed around working my best but i felt like things changed and I just wasnt happy working there anymore so i quit.
Now that you’ve got some time to think, think about what vocation interests you the most and what vocation aligns with your abilities. Then ask to shadow someone in that field for a day or two. If it’s not for you then repeat the process. When you finally have chosen what you want to do with your time, set the goal and then work backwards from it. This means that if you now want to do something that requires a masters degree, get an associates degree first (milestone degree), then bachelors, then masters. If it requires a skill (i.e. trade).become as skilled in that area as you can. Look for someone to mentor you. But you must first choose the path that’s right for you. Best of luck.
I really liked German Sometimes the treasure is in the Journey, the people we meet and the good we do You can’t take money with you to the grave And even if you think that money will help you secure a future for your kids, you never know if it will be a blessing or a curse for them All the best to both of you
I'm really gonna miss German he was a good guy and I know you are going to miss him also you'll made a good team but I'm glad that it wasn't no ill feeling with you'll love your you tube videos can't wait to see what's next..I miss you German....
This hit me on so many levels. No matter how you feel about this situation, I feel like this happened for a reason for you to touch me in a way no one has. I just had the love of my life leave me and kick me out of her life completely. This resonates with me on so many levels. It had to happen. It happened for me to realize so many things. It’s making me focus on myself and what important. You hit me hard with this Craig. Keep doing the right thing and keep pushing forward. Take everything as a sign. The universe will continue to show you what’s best for you. God bless you
So sorry to hear German has left you Craig, but, it’s for a good reason. I hope he finds happiness and contentment in all he does now and the future and wishing you continued success always.
As a criminal investigator, when questioning a suspect, the more he professed his innocence, the more confident I was in his guilt. I was correct 95% of the time.
Sounds like you are convinced by your stereotypes. As a Defense atty with 45+ years experience....I meet many who were convinced by their 1st impressions
I would love to hear from German. I suppose there is more to the story. After all we are listening to a man that gave another man money to buy a auction car that will ultimately go towards a Ferrari that he will never own. I think German got tired of doing labor while watching another rep the majority of the benefits, like new boats and houses and Corvettes. And now you have to do the labor yourself, that's why in your my business is failing video, you practically called ppl lazy because they won't work for you. We've seen this story before, probably to many times.
If this comment is all I knew about you, I’d say ur a peice of work , but u call urself nobody so I’ll just assume that’s who u are. One hell of an assumption u just made… if that’s ur opinion of someone u sure do keep coming around to try to validate it. That’s something a nobody would do.
@tyler zonca well said especially in regards to German. Everybody is allways the "hero" in their story, if Craig was truly the AMAZING employer he believes himself to be, he wouldnt be going trough this. Employes who truly feel valued dont just walk away like this. Its that simple. Craig didnt get to the top with just a good guy persona, im sure theirs another side to him. That applies to all buisnesses big and small. Is the employee an asset or just a number. For example theres a reason a company like Costco has a high retension rate, even though retail as a whole, has a very high turnover rate.
Well, you nailed this one. Especially that "people are lazy" part. That always comes up when they want you to do more than the more you are already doing while themselves they are going on vacation after vacation.
Well all succesful business owners use employees to work for them. But flying wheels is using his own money. He could buy a lemon and lose money. The probelm with flying wheels is thats hes openly advertising that hes gonna buy a ferrari. Youre going to trigger alot of people
I would love to put Craig on a lie detector machine over this video. He spewed one lie after another. If they’re relationship was as great as Craig claims it is even to this day, German would’ve participated in this video. But where is German? Well Germans attitude changed. German wasn’t as giddy as he used to be. German used to be excited all the time. And then I noticed his personality changed so what I’m trying to tell you viewers is it’s not my fault it’s all Germans fault that he left me. You know how Craig keeps talking about what great friends they were but did you ever see Craig invite German to go boating or invite German to come to dinner or invite German to go to the lake. You never saw any of that because they were not great friends. Craig was the taskmaster and German was the whipping boy. He said in the video when German said he was going to quit Craig said well what are you gonna do for money? But earlier in the video he claimed that he had paid German so much money German didn’t have to work anymore. One of the problems with Craig is that he thinks he is smarter than everybody else, and the truth is he hasn’t got the brains to come in out of the rain because people can figure out what a liar he is what a money grubber he is they can figure out his unbridled greed they can figure out his driving necessity to make sure that everyone in the world notices him and takes note of all his possessions. For what? Craig is not even on their radar. Those people couldn’t give a shit less about Craig or what he has or what he wants or how much money he has. Really it’s just pathetic. The thing that got me the most was where he said I am the Ying and he’s the yang. I recommend Craig get a big snow shovel so that he can shovel that shit he tried to sell in this video.
We love you papi do your thing. I wish I could fill the role but I’m no German. Lol dude thx to you and German I’m better now than last year. Your right about the long hours and not turning off. My question is do you wanna grow, stay the same or slow down/find a heir? If your silver and gold is stacked then let it go but know that guys like you are a dying breed. Idk you guys helped me a lot. Aloha from hawaii!
I feel like german was burnt out with too much work. He was definitely filling too many roles. He was the body man, paint man, prep man, detail guy, sales man, transporter, I'm sure a few more roles not mentioned, he did a little bit of everything. I dont see Craig paying him 30hr. So all that work to fill all those roles could put anyone one foot out the door. I hope Craig is giving him at least 50% of the shirts he sells with Germans image (after cost of initial investment of course).
He definitely did a LOT of the work. Good for him if he found something else or better. I have no idea what he was paid, as I'm sure you don't know either, but he sure deserved thirty an hour, and also I'm assuming health insurance was also included. Still, if he can find something better, I don't blame him for finding something with less labor intense work. You reach a certain point and your body and mind say ..... enough.
He over worked the guy and burned him out and he quit. There I saved you 13 mins. Let that be a warning to any future employee that wants to work for this guy. He will expect you to answer the phone while you are off the clock and brags about under paying his employees to “keep them in check”. This guy sounds like a real treat to work for
German, we all have our lives that we need to enjoy. Your reasons are YOUR reasons just like everyone else has theirs. I wish you nothing but the best. Peace
I usually agree on most things you say, however, in my case and from what I've dealt with, employees who are paid well(high end of scale)tend to stay, be loyal and produce because there's no where but lateral or down. German will be back, he just needed to reboot for a few.
Nah i doubt it. With he's mindset it seems like it makes it hard for a person to work for. I been following this channel since I ran across the ferrari thing. But slowly something about him raises a red flag. I could be wrong but he's words and actions leaves a little do desire
I couldn't disagree more. Well your experience with workers may reflect that, that doesn't mean it will translate to this situation. In my opinion German doesn't care about money so your point about it being financial is irrelevant. Greg said German went on vacation and visited family and when he came back he knew it was over. It sounds like someone who realizes at this point time and family are more important than money and he may have realized it sooner which is why there were noticeable differences Greg noticed over the past year. He asked him about what he's gonna do for money and he said the world will provide. German being a spiritual person, wouldn't be motivated by more money based on what Greg said. It further is backed by Greg thinking and hoping German put money away in his water faucet example and for all anyone knows German is a smart business man and invested his money over these years. Not saying your wrong in your experience just that it doesn't pertain to this case.
Craig you and German are great together. I can really relate to what German is feeling I’m going though a similar situation myself with my current employer. Whatever happens keep your friendship because good friends are hard to come by. Also, how much money is enough. That’s the million dollar question. I pray you find that life balance you and your family need to stay connected. Craig your an awesome guy and you content is great!! Peace and Blessings to you and family.
I commented on one of your videos about a corvette im thinking a red Z06 and you were asking what you should do with it keep it or sell it but you had said everytime you drive the car it made yo smile 😃 there is a point in our lives we need to pay more attention to the things that make us smile with all the issues, stress and craziness going on right now in this life you got to do what make you smile not just on your face but in your gut feeling. So im gonna say kudos to you for slowing down and paying attention to what ever makes you and yours HAPPY. You got one ticket one trip enjoy it because in an instant that ticket can get pulled and when it all flashes before you eyes it needs to make you smile
I've been running a business for 26 years myself... and although I see eye to eye with you on most things and I think you're a good guy... I'd have to disagree with you on some of this. First of all, money does talk. If you give him an offer, and hours, he can't refuse, and he improves his lifestyle, ALSO you HAVE to get him a right hand man that HE picks! He's got to pick a guy HE likes and HE connects with who assists him best, who he has chemistry with. he was clearly getting bored, doing too much work. It's all about lifestyle Craig? remember that! Follow that advice, and you can get him back I bet.
Coach you can only keep a dream team together for a certain period. I was in the car dealership business for the last 22 years of my career. Burnout is a real thing. I departed and retired 2 years before the original plan. Best to you both. Craig this is a wakeup for you as a type A. I'm a type A as well. I get it.
I love the aspect of reality in your videos. I myself do smog checks and sell cars on the side. This shows how business is universal and things like this happen. Keep up the good work man can’t wait to watch your new content.
Wow! It’s amazing how 2yrs ago I quit my job to take time for myself and have become more spiritual. I live in Connecticut and my job was delivering through out Massachusetts and New Hampshire schools and restaurants. Frequently I would pass your lot without ever seeing or knowing anything about RU-vid until I took time off. Your page randomly popped up on recommendation about 6 months ago. This morning an opportunity of a life long dream has presented itself for me! I’m 45, since I was 12 I dreamed off of it. And maybe for you these signs you are having it is too slow you down and redirect you? Start with your health and a full scan. Just a suggestion, as I see and you self admitted that you are high strung. Many blessings to you and your family!!!
Man i know what you mean after 17 years of buying and selling 7 days a week i always say carry on like nothing is wrong other doors will open happy trails to both of you guys
We are going through similar stresses at my place of employment. Companies are paying ridiculous amounts of money and stealing our highly qualified team. Now those left are working at an unsustainable pace because we love what we do and who we work for. I wish the best for German and hope to see him soon. Craig, maybe it is time to cut back and think about this as halftime in a football game.
German it has been a great Experience watching both of You work. You learn from Each other and complement Each other. Keep in touch. Together you have something Special. Thanks for all you do Craig. I think you are creating A new good road.
geez this video hit home my husband and I own a dealer/ repair and a uhaul dealer and when he speaks of being over worked, overpriced, no help this is an understatement literally life is passing us right by and we aren't taking the timeout to enjoy it, ourselves or our loved ones. Good luck to all that are out there trying to hang tough times are hard and life's too short.
So I have watched a lot of ur videos and I know the value this man had to ur business. Someone that has helped u provide for ur loved ones and has been a right hand man is gnna hurt to lose. But, the most amazing part of the story is, how he as a person of God can still speak to u after he has gone. You sit and talk to this camera and become closer to him not only for the things he used to do for u but how his lifestyle and truesness to himself is gnna grow within you now. God is great. I’m no bible thumper and don’t live a holy lifestyle by any means but a good friend of mine is Caribbean , and he is very spiritual as well, and the calmness of their personality and love can be something special and it will live with u forever. I’m glad to see not only him growing closer to himself but you as well my friend. Little tears of joy from me to you guys all because the power two men possess can be very strong and the power can be endless. Use it to better each other. Much love.
Ehhhh I dont know. I understand what you're saying but still, this video is just really putting out some bad vibes. "Want you're employees to be happy but not TOO happy".....Slave owner mentality.
Fantastic video. You shared a situation that many business owners experience. It's hard finding good employees, and when we do, we hope they stick around forever. However, them leaving is inevitable. Don't be surprised if he comes back though!
Your Best Video Yet, I just did the same thing, More is not better, I had so much stuff, Toys, That I hated it all, but no Time. More business is not more Happiness.
Great video explaining Germans situation. It shows you really respect and value him. He’s a great dude and I’ll miss him on the channel but I get it. You do you German.
I have a message for German. German, don’t look back. You were working for a greedy loser who had the gall to say that he noticed how you were slowing down and not as excited and blah blah blah which is all speak for the whole thing is your fault. I just hope to God that you’re successful enough where you don’t have to go back to this guy begging for your job back. If you think it was miserable before, if you have to do that, it’ll be even more miserable the second time around.
Dude every comment of your on this channel is you just seething and hating the guy. Why are you even here ? Why put yourself through it ? I get the fact we hate some people but when it comes to RU-vid if I just don’t like someone’s content I just turn them off block them from popping up again and move on in life that way I’m not letting someone live rent free in my head. Just my two cents worth or course it’s up to you how you do you !
@@anthonylarocco6763 that’s how Craig rolls… Me me me and I I I. I’ve called him out on that countless times over the years and he just refuses to listen because he won’t listen to himself. He’s the type of person that when you’re talking he’s not listening because he’s thinking about what he wants to say.
I met German last year when I brought my bike in to get inspected. He took a bunch of pictures of it for his Instagram page. Very laid back kind of guy. He is going to be missed. German, if you read this mssg, I meant to get your IG ID to follow you. Please send me a mssg if I can get it. Thanks and best wishes to you!
German, I am black guy from Mississippi and apart of the reason that I watch this channel is because your on it. Don’t get me wrong, I love what Craig does, especially with the flipping $400 series (it’s amazing); but, to see you two in tandem working and hustling, it’s amazing. Hopefully after you take a hiatus, you will be recharged and ready to grind again with Craig. I notice that when people retire, their overall health and wellness slowly declines, don’t let that be you brother….
Craig wanted a "partner" but didn't want to pay for one. Now he's looking for a manager...why didn't he make German the manager?? So German gets all the hard work but none of the benefits.
