The Real Reason Why Three's Company Ended 

Loved the show. Still watch it today. No it could not work today, it would be automatically labeled homophobic and sexist, like anything anymore.

Wasn't the same when Suzanne Sommers left, as well as the Ropers.

In the opening credits John Ritter is the first one you see and it says starring John Ritter ..starring means he's the star of the show and the star to this days always makes more then the costars.

I hated the Lana character

Although I didn't exist in the 70s nor in the 80s nevertheless I enjoy watching this show three's company on RU-vid_ it is the Only show like this in existence right now that really makes me laugh there is no other show like it. I don't get any tiny bit bit of laughs out of any shows out there_ that's why I don't keep watching them. But three's company is spectacular.🎉❤️ And I could watch the same sitcom the next day and the next day_ and it continues to makes me laugh.😊

I loved the show growing up, still do. I liked what Suzanne Summers brought to the show and wanted to mention that it was her husband/manager that pushed for her to be paid more. Although I feel a woman should be paid fairly. They should have all been paid the same. That i do agree. I also feel that the show was just as funny when they brought on the lady that played Terry, Priscilla Barns. She was funny and you could definitely see the chemistry among the actors. The producers felt the show had run it's course and had a spin off, "Three's A Crowd " which didn't last very long. I think it would have done better if John Ritter's and Joyce DeWitt's characters had ended up together. Since they were the two main characters that were on there since the begin. RIP John Ritter 🌹

She advised the show runners (at one point) to treat show business as a business and create "merch" for the characters on the show, and make money off of them. The show runners ignored her (of course) since they only really cared about the story and not about making a business out of the show. AAARRGGGGH! As bad as scripts for later episodes of "Three's Company" may have become, they are Pulitzer Prize-winners for literature compared to the drivel that passes for narration of this click-bait video. (See example above.) No such term as "show-runners" in the 1970s. And where's footage of scenes with Mr. Roper and his sex-starved wife? Did the maker of this video not realize the guy who played Deputy Barney was a replacement for the original actor who left? Plus what's with the obnoxious computer-generated percussion in the background? Too soft to comprehend but just loud enough to be annoying, like a buzzing mosquito.

the reson I know that jack & KRISSO didn't make up it was a time a talk show and it was asked krissi if they make up and she told them yes and when she told them yes she closed her eyes 👀 because she knows very well people in general can tell if she was lieing by looking at her eyes 👀 and she was lieing otherwise why would she closed her eyes when she was asked the question ❓⁉️.

I think the spin-off should have been Jack and Janet married and having a baby and called the show "Three's Family"

Total BS. The show remained strong in the ratings for almost it's entire run, and only plummeted in it's final season.

I do think that the sixth season was the best, many of the episodes in that season were very good. I thought in season four, Chrissy's character became too dumb, was not very funny and frankly annoying. However, I did like Chrissy's character a lot in the first three seasons.

Joyce dewitt and suzanne somers are pretty beautiful woman i adore them actress and three's company one of my favorite shows of all time 💖💖💖💖 i love that i grow up with that show and my generation.

I liked Mr Ferley better than the Ropers and liked Cindy as well. It didn't jump the shark, say like when the Bundy's got Seven.

Terri was a better blonde roommate than Chrissy ANY DAY! Cindy was too.

First off , the quality of the Wrjting went way down, & you can only do so many pratfalls before they become stale & rely on good acting skills ...Miss Somers was a really good actress & the show's fans knew that , no matter how the poor writing ( & especially writers trying to dumb her down even more after she was asking for equal pay trying to make her part less essential to the plotlines to not give her parity in pay like she was due ) tried to portray her she & her skills shone thru ...The TRUE BIAS of Hollywood showed thru & reared it's ugly head when they started paying J. Ritter three times what Somers made & refused to give her any raise at all even though she was equal to Ritter in every way ... The END CAME when the BIASED PRODUCERS FIRED Somers & tried replacing her with a cavalcade of women in her place & even around her on the set with RATINGS DROPPING LIKE A HOT ROCK ... The Series NEVER RECOVERED ...FIRING SOMERS Was the thing & the day this Series actually died .....Her later successes proved how good she was , not taking anything from Ritter , but there were 2 STARS in this show & SOMERS it seems was the FAN's FAVORITE , or at least EQUALLY FAVORITE , which means you can't have lightning in a bottle if you don't keep the whole cast & keep a lid on the bottle or the lightning will surely escape leaving you simply with an empty vessel....... Sorry , but the Truth is the truth ...and , The TRUTH will Always be the TRUTH ...!!!!!!!

The best episodes are CLEARLY after Suzanne left! Seasons 5 to 8 were the best!

Nobody could replace Chrissy.

I like Chrissy, but I also like Terry. The later episodes had a good thing going.

I quit watching 3 company when Chrissy was no longer on the show because the other replacement weren't that funny and didn't have the same personality sorry they were boring plus they got ridof the ropers.
