lol when you said "so if you hear birds in the background..." I was like DONT YOU SAY SORRY! You should have said "you're welcome". It was so peaceful! 🥹🥹🥹
Some friends of mine did van life for 5 years and they created Shutterfly books for each year with photos of all their different adventures which was a good way of getting a physical keepsake that won’t take up room on the bus
I’m not a big fan of buzzy insects either, but it’s worth noting that generally speaking bees won’t sting you unless they’re afraid. Wasps, on the other hand, are evil mf’ers
So glad to hear how much you are enjoying it all! It all looks and sounds brilliant! By the way, mentioning the issue of claustrophobia in the restricted bus space -?my dad was in a submarine during World War Two. When I asked him if it was claustrophobic, he said not at all. It was about as wide as a subway train, he said, and felt plenty wide enough to him! (This was a British sub. He also said that the American submarines were the envy of British submariners. They were so very large and comfortable and clean and efficient.). I know this has nothing to do with your new bus life, but I was just reminded!) Congratulations again on all going so well!
It definitely feels wide enough for us, but I can tell some people couldn't do it when they come in to check it out ahhaha. the bus is the perfect size for us!
Its so crazy to me that a year ago you had just bought Becky and now you have completely moved into bus life and are LOVEING IT (we have been waiting for this since u got Becky) Now that you have moved into the bus is your posting schedule still going to be the same for youTube
We're attempting videos every Tuesday and then of course Forgive & Forget podcast videos/episodes on Thursdays and Non Negotiable podcast episodes on Sundays. But there will be 2-3 insta reel vlogs a week as well
I was going to ask about ticks. I saw the footage of Freya in the grass. We are in Michigan and just after walking our Aussie the last few months we have found 3 ticks (on the dog, in the bed, on the husband). But then I clicked on your Amazon link and saw Wondercide! I just ordered some two days ago. How does it work for you?
We LOVE the wondercide!! We spray them every other day and our own bed, their dog beds / blankets etc. At least 2-3 times a week. We use it on ourselves too before we walk outside and hike etc. it’s natural & have had no complaints! We’ve used it for 2 summers now and only find ticks on the dogs whenever we forget to spray them down!
