Well done guys, great job! Mum and Dad say 'what a great idea' doing it yourselves

As 'mum and dad' investors which means those who own one or two investment properties, sometimes you have to do everything yourself. That means giving up weekends. There are plenty of uncomfortable jobs that are required to do. The media and government seem to lump investors all into three categories; slumlords, speculators and land bankers. At first I was annoyed that people don't see the hardwork and financial risk that goes into investment. I've given up on trying to explain or expect sympathy. Property Investment is a business, not a hobby, and passive income doesn't mean you sit there and money magically just comes in. Nice video, it's good to see what really goes on in some property investors lives. Who came up with that tarp idea? Genius
