Am a professional Bodybuilder and I train my clients in the gym as well, I have my own supplement shop, in fitness am working since 10-15years and in sports from childhood so as per my knowledge and experience Supplements are not bad and harmful for body, and supplements fulfil the requirement of your body which some or maximum people cannot fulfil from diet because of busy schedule or they cannot eat, supplements are easy way to consume nutrition the requirement of our body , I have never seen any client or any member who takes supplements got any issue regarding to their health. So, without having experience I think that you cannot demote anything or make any video, firstly use those supplements for 1-2 years and then make a good video about it of your personal experience. Thank you 😊

He is a senior well qualified medical doctor and the health guidelines issued by ICMR also mention that. One doesn’t have to eat a product for one or two years to understand if it is bad or not. The problem is that people get obsessed by these external protein supplements and don’t pay enough attention to the rest of the food intake. People should consult a qualified dietician who will analyse their food intake , physical structure and lifestyle and then accordingly determine if there is a need to take external supplements if there is a shortfall in diet

@@prasad_yt First thing let me clear you one thing Doctors only have small portion of syllabus in their study of nutrition and fitness, My friends they are MBBS, MD doctors they personally ask me for the diet. Yes, without using supplements you cannot judge it that supplements are harmful. Nobody gets obsessed by using supplements, it's just the matter of calories intake. How much calories you are consuming in daily basis. If you consume more than you are going to get fat.
