His overall rating isn't the problem. You can have a low rating and have some kind of impact. His problem was low iq. His iq was lower than his overall. He took every bad shot possible with no kind of logic, just catch and shoot whether he's open or not. I think he was trolling. He never wanted to win, he just wanted to put up some shots with that build in the rec. Having a low overall shouldn't take away from your iq. I made one of my rebirth builds go purple when it was at 79 once before hitting 98. Just play the game the right way and don't force things that aren't there.
