Indeed! "The President" is the sitting president. Its bad enough, that Americans insist on continuing to call former presidents "Mr. President". Its a friggin job title, why should they retain it, when they no longer have the job? But never EVER call a former president "The President", that is grossly misleading.

I moved to Turkey in 2014. When people found out where I was from, their eyes would light up, huge smiles on their faces and whisper 'America çok guzel'. (very great). A couple months after that sorry excuse for a human slithered into the Whitehouse, the eyes were sad, the smiles were gone and the whispers were 'trump çok kötü' (very bad). I wish Americans could have been as insightful as the Turkish people I would run into.

Should Biden win a second term, only Alito will resign. Thomas will stay in until a Republican wins in 2028 or after. There would still be a Conservative majority Supreme Court should they only lose 1 seat. It won’t even matter.

I’m not sure how true it is but I heard Trump held a meeting or something at a church in Detroit but the thing is the Pastor didn’t want to allow it so “apparently “ the Pastor was tied up and gagged for 2 hours out in a garage beside the church and released when the event was over.
