I think the fact that someone who works with children has the audacity to speak ill upon them. That’s bullshit and she needs to be held accountable. Children have nothing to do with it.
WOW😮 Melissa Perkins absolutely needs to lose her job! I hope her employee learns of this! I know someone who lives in a very nice, new home on section 8. She's very clean and responsible. Her home is well kept...actually it's immaculate. It's a damn shame people can't just be happy and supportive of each other in a world where so many are struggling. Sad.
Every individual who has a section 8 voucher is not leeching off the government. Most people who have a voucher are decent people who cannot pay market value rent. Stereotyping is still alive and well . Tall fences still make good neighbors. 🏠
Really that's what you think know most people on section 8 housing don't want to do anything with their life that's why they're living there. There's no reason why people should be getting rent for cheap ass s*** when they don't want to do nothing with their life but then the people that really work and make money for themselves can't even get a break sorry but no it's wrong.. I would be so mad if I bought a home in those price ranges and then find out people are living by me that are in section 8 with their crappy cars in the driveway and I'm sure they're screaming all their kids those are the only kind of people that most of them scream at their kids and are in pajamas all day
Not everyone in Section 8 wants to live in the hood. I’m a single recently divorced mom of 3 and I work hard but if I didn’t have section 8 we would not have a nice place to live! Also, that lady wasn’t supposed to tell that she worked with your son! Privacy? But keep doing what you do!
Your probably a respectful tenant but I have seen both sides. A family loves into a higher class neighborhood because you don’t want to deal with BS & because of poor decision making on someone part they get a free handout, move into our neighborhood and cause trouble. Cops coming, loud noise then they get mad when the kids are accepted by the other children because I refuse to allow my children to play with kids if parents have questionable behavior. It’s not right to bring down the value of a neighborhood. A few people make it bad for others. I’ve seen fires started, cars broken into.
@@NNicholeHE usually those type of tenants get evicted with police involvement and lose their vouchers. The Housing Authorities have standards, rules, and guidelines their recipients must follow. Also, it could very well be someone with a mortgage that can be a bad neighbor and set bad examples in front of their children and others; it’s a bit harder to get rid of those type of neighbors as oppose to a neighbor with a voucher. Be careful about stereotyping, especially when you are describing what the media depicts about minorities.

She's a licensed slp. Her info is public record, so a simple Google search will give her license number as well as other info. This is a hippa violation, much less very unprofessional. I hope she is reprimanded and people are made aware asap! I would never want to work with or be a patient of such a judgemental person who is supposed to be a health professional!

I would have my Lawyer contact the Company that she is clearly representing! Now I would look into if her “hateful judgement” of your child affected the “professional” help that she was supposed to offer him! All monies paid for that time should be reimbursed and the hurtful comment to the social media world might cause him some emotional damage as well! That was so mean and hateful for her to say!!
That is not a HIPPA violation although it’s not a nice thing to say especially when referring to a child you’ve worked with. She didn’t disclose a diagnosis or anything personal that violates HIPPA. just unethical behavior.

The issue residents are having is that with section 8 comes issues. Not all people who are on section 8 bring trouble but unfortunately some do and it’s happening now in Triple Creek. There have been break ins, shootings, cars being stolen, and cops being called in the neighborhood over and over. 90% of it has been from the homes that are being rented out to section 8. No one wants to live near criminals. People want safe areas where they live.

Aren't you in your 30s? You need to do better taking care of yourself. You look bout late 40s, wrinkles around the eyes and all. Drink more water, eat some fruits and vegetables, and sunscreen (we may not have to worry about melanoma but the sun will age your skin).

I love what peach do in general but most of y’all know you wouldn’t want someone that can’t afford that type of lifestyle you’ve earned near you or in your well kept neighborhood. Y’all also are acting as if certain income brackets and/or demographics most times aren’t socially different from other income brackets. The demographics and way of thinking are different. Those people who worked hard put they listing up and accepted the option for section 8. it they house they have no problem with it so I don't see the problem. I'm not on section 8. Those people who put they house up they don't have to worry about not getting paid they know they gonna get they money. If I was on section 8 I would move my children there because it means a better chance for them in life.

I’m all good with her sharing her opinion, that’s what we do on Beyoncé’s internet BUT as a professional in HEALTHCARE working with patients you NEVER mix the 2. She should have never mentioned “I worked with this family.” Just state Trashy people and keep it moving! Now you done brought your company into this!!!!! Come on now.
