Hey there! What I found helpful is understanding the connections between master files. Write it down somewhere so next time you encounter a similar problem you already know how it relates to other master files. Initially, it will take you longer to close tickets but in the long term it will make you faster than even experienced analysts.

How can one get an epic job? I very interested in being an Epic analyst.

Hey there! I’m general you will need to work at a healthcare organization using Epic (EHR) for longer than 3 years. Learn the workflows at your role and also get some sort of understanding of how healthcare data can be used to support the organization and patients. I took the google course on data analytics from Coursera for that. Most organizations also require a bachelor’s degree so that will help. You can then start applying for entry-level roles to get sponsored for your certification.
