I've been making a lot of losses trying to make profit trading. I thought trading on a demo account is just like trading the real market. Can anyone help me out or at least advise me on what to do?

Don't waste too much time at the big 4. Are you sure you wanna be an IB? It's much more fun on the buy-side. Trust me. My adoptive dad is a former IB. I did some work for him after a bit over a year I went back to Private Equity where I belong. Sell-side job really isn't for me.

Exactly how he got the job at HSBC in the first place. Do not follow in this guys path. You shouldn’t be making millions in a single transaction. You are not making sound business decisions. We have a team of 30 people working on our and our clients channels, most use Adobe Premiere and AE - but we use around 20 other softwares in the process 🤣
