This year is going to be worse than the last, no doubt about it. Due to poor investment decisions that I would not have made if I hadn't been so concerned about my portfolio, I lost a significant amount of money last year. I continued to invest, but I was undecided about whether to begin making house payments. I eventually sold my jobs, and the house required more work than I had anticipated. I'm not sure how much longer I can continue in this manner.

Lots of my fb friends are complaining about how their pet insurance company dropped their policies. One person is paying almost $400 for PET insurance. Someone mentioned creating a savings account to put that money away for an emergency vs. forking out $400/month. OMG, No no, no...can't do that...insurance is the way to go. All I could do is shake my head at the whole converstion. It's like being on a different planet. People are struggling to keep a roof over their head, food on the table, and paying for their own insurance/medical care....but this group of idiots is worried about their PETS having health insurance coverage. Only in America.

I quit going to Arby’s when they got rid of the potato cakes. I went to their facebook page and there are a lot of people complaining about it also. I messaged them and told them that they had a great product that was unique and they traded it for the worst French fries of them all. I also told them to look at the comments of everyone complaining about it. They said they would forward it to their sales team. Well nothing changed so I won’t ever go back now.

Hey Dan! I wanted to let you know that i subscribed to you because back in like 2020 i think it was, you had a few videos in a row giving us actual tools we could use to save me tons of money. You gave me tax codes from the Health act that my cpa didnt even know about, and saved me like $1200 just on one of your tools you gave me. Recently you said you were going to start giving us things we could use to help x,y,&z. I cant remember what it was going to be, but Just a reminder of that when you do that, it has tangible benefits on our end. The bad news is great for awareness and to glean on for our own preparedness, but would love to see some of that constructive help again(non-advertisement tools, just general help). I think itd be a great addition to put back on the channel from time to time.

Heads up. In my quant little backyard garden today i picked cucs, toms, bright carrot, chard, peppers ( I have some beauties), squash, eggplants and lovely onions. Lettuces, greens, beets, more all winter. It do make a difference. I gaveca beautiful white squash to a friend. She didn't know what to do w it but told me she likes squash! I hear the door dash dinner delivery. People can grow food as a community to help feed elderly. I always have extra. Chemical free. 🌱

My deceased mother-in-law had a checking account with Bank of America. Even though I had POA for all legal issues, the bank refused me since I was not a beneficiary on the account. They kept the $63.00. So, even though you have a Power of Attorney make sure that you are also the beneficiary on the account.

Retail sales numbers are not adjusted for inflation so you have subtract the inflation rate from the. 01% to get the real number. We spent more but less stuff

What is so amazing about the EV push by the current administration. Here in Tampa one of our local congresswomen just gave the police department a $1 Million grant for EV police cars. $$$ from the great Uncle Sam. Naturally the department accepted the money. Now How many and what type of cars will they purchase? Cars must have emergency lighting, radios computers and many power hungry devices. Oh! they now must install charging ports for the cars. I was in Vancouver a week ago on vacation taking a cruise to Alaska. Vancouver was hoping but very pricey. The bars at 5pm were all full during happy hr basic condo there start at a million. 1 small bottle of soda was 4 $ they pay 14% on everything they buy . The homeless population is high and the drug situation is out of control. I don't know how people survive living there Alaska was also expensive but everyone was out buying and eating in the restaurants

I need to replace my car that was totaled back in January. Cars are still expensive. They been lying to us for yrs unemployment numbers retail numbers I worked retail so I knew they were lying.

$20k ev? Tires are still changed every 15000 miles, still polite the water with the micro rubber beads, get a small accident and it’s toast, last 5 years, few charging stations, lines or missing copper, wasted time to charge. Not even 20 grand.

Dan; thank you for reminding us about our beneficiaries. I opened up a savings account at a big different bank- as to your advice, but forgot to name a beneficiary. I took care of it immediately after I watched your video last week. My good friend will get everything. I didn't have children so I adopted my best solid woman friend and her children. Thank you for bringing this subject up. You have a really solid channel on UTube.

Small estate affidavit process is $50-75,000 in most states. Just name an executor and life is easy on small amounts.

If you can't get reach 911 call the non-emergency police/sheriff's/fire department's number to report the emergency. They probably have internal lines to reach each other.
