Wow! Sometimes I feel like listening to your body has such beneficial affects. I have always blown my nose like this because it just worked better for me. Kids would look at me weird when I did this in school so I would try to hide it or excuse myself from class, but yeah thanks for this! Now I feel better about having my daughter blow her nose less frequently, as a parent I always overthink situations especially when my little one is sick
I love all your videos you’re down to earth and so informative. There’s nothing like starting out my day with broadening my horizons with medical knowledge.

I blew my nose this morning in a little bit of blood came out, but I knew it was because I blew my nose too hard. I may have ruptured a blood vessel, but I’m taking care of it properly on my own, and now the bleeding has subsided and I’ve been careful to not try and swallow any of it
And use a lot of water. Be patient and massage your sinus with Luke warm water for a while and then gently blow one nostril covering the other nostril until the mucus comes out. It may take a few minutes.
Pot steaming water in a bowl with some peppermint scope hover over it with a towel over your head breathe it in with the hot steam Vapors it will break that stuff loose and you'll be blowing it out like it's water
hope you are improving, have you tried steam inhalations, plain water or with Vick, Alba's oil etc. What also helped was garlic, ginger and lemon, gently simmered, then honey added. best wishes
@@carolejones9044 thank you so kind of you to take the time to help someone recover from covid with the vicks steam and honey lemon tea 🍵 thank you hope your holiday was awesome
My 6 year old baby blows two noses at the same time and gets a whistle sound in her right ear and is in pain. is this heal automatically or go to ent for this please suggest..
Wow! Common sense. We need that taught on the internet now. That is because schools no longer teach people how to learn, only to agree with what they are told.
I blow my nose too hard and too often, now my nose skin is REALLY dry, the skin is peeling off 🥲, and it hurts a lot, one time I blow too hard, accidentally hurt my upper lip, and my upper lip tore apart and was kinda bleeding🥲
