Lovely edition Keith, but shocked that there's no special features! I watched Saw X for the first time today. I love the Saw movies, and I enjoyed this one too.

I really like these VHS cassette editions of the Ring, they look so good, Keith. It takes me back where it all started for us. You know for the life of me I can not remember if I have watched this one Keith. I saw your previous review on the film and I know you recommended it to me but I'm not sure if I've watched it yet.

It looks a great steelbook, but the lack of any extra features is bloody criminal.

Nice set Keith. I have never seen any of the Ring or Ringu films. I may watch one in the future, where would be the best place to start, the original Japanese version or the US remake? Take care both of you. Gaz.

Nice1 Keith 🙂👍 I own the Blu-ray steelbook/slip version which I think is really cool but this one is even better in so many ways ! What a superb release ! One thing I only noticed today, the VHS casette image on the box (and my steelbook slip) might have too much tape ? On the left side of the image the video casette looks like it's about 40-50% played but the right side of the image looks like it's 95-100% played ? I might have too much time on my hands ! 🤣🤣🤣

Back again 😂😂😂, ordered a copy after the last video you did for Twister, which finally arrived this afternoon. Just love that spot gloss #129/6000 very happy..hoping that the Ring will be here tomorrow when I get in from work... Tho tbh I've never really been a big fan of extra, so I won't even notice tbf. Great unboxing, Keith. Looks like a very nice edition. However, it's a shame that Paramount didn't include at least some basic extras. And I think this film could definitely have benefitted from an Atmos mix. Well, they didn't mess up the picture quality. That's one thing to cherish. I'll maybe wait for the italian steelbook to drop in price or maybe I'll get the Shout Factory 4K edition with all three movies (although I'm not the biggest fan of number three). Today I received my Nightmare on Elm Street 4K. It doesn't look bad. However, I think they somehow cleaned it up. There's hardly any film grain to be found, even in the darker scenes. Thankfully, faces and structures in clothing etc. didn't look overly waxy. The outside daylight scenes look pretty amazing. I also liked the Atmos. So overall not a bad release. I do agree, though that Arrow or some other boutique label may have done an even better job. Hope you're enjoying the Halloween season so far. I can hardly wait for my Trick 'r Treat 4K to arrive. Have you seen the beautiful 4K steelbook of Stir of Echoes? I just love the red and black colour scheme. Looks amazing. Should be right down your alley as well, since you also love your red and black. And Lionsgate goes all in with this release with Dolby Vision and Atmos. This could very well shape up to be one of my favorite releases of the year.

Kinda of disappointed they didn't include different artwork for the steel book. Or at least did some embossing.

Was happy with this set also I got the scream factory set also iv heard there some differences between them on a video I watched but they showed no proof you notice anything cause I haven't watched my steelbook yet

I'm waiting for this to arrive, absolutely gutted there's no special features. I've also got the scream factory set but can't watch the special features as I don't have a multiregion blu ray player (wish scream factory would put bonus features on the 4k disk). I'm fuming there's no extra features on this release, it makes zero bloody sense. Apart from that the release itself does look great.

My Mrs has the dvd ltd edition and will NOT allow this purchase 😡! Apparently its more " authentic " to have a crap picture on this film ! No wonder thers so many bachelors these days !

Collectors edition with Zero SPecial features is a travesty !!!!!
