I just adore her humility and grit , i personally think she quite possibly will be the world record holder in the 200 by the next Olympics, That 2nd half speed and strength is just incredible, Go Abby ,
Thank you Abby I watched the whole video. Your a classy young lady. Love your style and humility. Good luck with everything coming your way. You deserve it. You have an adorable and cute smile. Never lose that. xo Tommy
When she focused on track 2 things also happened. 1)She made her arm swing way more symmetrical (her left hand used to cross further over than her right) and she noticeably leaned down.
Get real. She is going to be years in the making, and there's already some up-and-comers that are still in their teen but will be going pro over the next several years, not to mention the ones that are already winning races against real competition.
Tamari Davis should have went the NCAA route instead of going Pro at 16 because the way she ate Abby up in that indoor 200 (being 4 years younger than her) was incredible.
Unfortunately, she is probably running the wrong event. She has more potential in the 400, running 48 splits in the 4 x 400 at Kentucky. She had a disappointing 2023 summer, which was strange given she no longer had the "stress" of a college school year. She is going to need to make some changes to be a consistent medalist at the international level.
This kid is truly an amazing runner......truly incredible. Aby Steiner is going to go far....no pun intended.....she will become one the best female Olympian with several gold medals draped around her neck.....look out world.....Abby Steiner is coming through.....Baruch HaShem Adonai......
Work as hard as she does on her starts and she will be incredibly tough to beat. You win or lose sprinting events there. She already has one of the strongest finishes. She gets out quicker and she can be world #1
She really needs to work on that comical arm swing. She's fast but will run faster as she develops better spinting form. Take a look at Shelly-Ann and see the difference; her form is perfect.
You didn't mention that she started off doing the 60 metres hurdles but as she was awesome between hurdles but not so good at hurdling she progressed to sprinting .
We always hear about the most eligible bachelor...but what about the women ? I nominate Abby Steiner as the world's most desirable bachelorette. She is more than "good looking" she is beautiful ! Her body is in prime trim...she is talented, intelligent, and possesses a rare quality...despite all her successes...she is humble (also enjoying a good sense of humor !) She's "Numero Uno" ! !
Ok...let me try to present this discussion to anyone interested, without coming across as a total racist prick!? 😅 If a woman of color was dominating a field of white runners the same as Abby is dominating the predominantly black female athletes...every discussion would be about race. I haven't seen or heard the first mention anywhere on the subject when addressing the greatness of what Abby has been doing. 17:18
She is a great runner for sure, NCAA champ and a true work horse but I do not think she is elite level talent. She has average abilities with an unmatched work ethic, I wish her nothing but the best but she isn't the best that we have seen in decades. A lot of channels out here tryna parade her and Keely Hodgkinson like the saviors of track and field but looking for flaws in their competitors.
