He had so many great promos I can't pick my favorite!

I saw this when it aired and the “Die Rocky Die” chants and signs were everywhere and so loud. I knew he was ready for the spotlight (2nd to Stone Cold of course).

For me, it’s the one he did against Billy Gunn. The birth of It Doesn’t Matter What Your Name Is. But the one with Y2J against Booker T is definitely a close second.

I still think the Wrestlemania 14 sit down interview with Gennifer Flowers was his greatest. Absolute gold, and Rocky at his arrogant and sarcastic best.

My two favorites were the quick stutter shot against Bubba Ray Dudley, and the interview with Coachman at WM 18

My personal favorite was when Hall, Nash, and Hogan ran into The Rock for the first time on Raw and tried to dis him. The Rock proceeds to imitate their old gimmicks (Razor Ramon, Diesel, and American hero Hogan). I watched it live. Hardest I ever laughed at a promo! A close second? Booker Ts WWE debut. Man, The Rock cooked his ass that night.

There is no BAD rock promo

Top 5 hands down: Rock Meets Y2J, Billy Gunn Meets God, Rock and Sock Formation, the "You, You, this Goof Holding the Camera, this chick Gawking at The Rock", and when Mick Foley accused him of running over Steve Austin and he spoke "Chinese". That has to be the record of making the most wrestlers break character at once.

The Deadlock podcast made me a big fan of him with Mick Foley and Al Snow, where Mick said Al wants to team with them and Rock just responds with "Al, is this jabroni's name?"

King of the ring 2002 with Booker T and Goldust was absolute comedy gold. His back and forth with Jericho on his debut was awesome too. That whale in a teardrop line is classic.

It doesn’t matter which is the most memorable.

This one is an underrated one, but my favorite was the one he cut at wrestlemania when he faces Austin for the last time. He was asked about the “Peoples” and how he was hurt they were booing him but what made so it good imo he turns it into a redemption arc for split sec and the crowd couldn’t help but cheer after his promo… but like I said. It might not be the greatest but it’s damn sure a top 5 for me.

Billy Gunn diss… Hurricane’s “it’s nothing, they know you!” Making fun of triple H’s face, making fun of the nwo, backstage with Lillian Garcia, singing with Stone Cold off air, so many to choose from. He’s just that damn good. The best and the greatest to hold the mic.

The rock's heel turn for the bloodline was amazing to see, the rock showing up to both program's and wrestlemania just about every week for 2 months. than calling utah "trailer park trash!" and telling the arizona crowd to "go home and smoke sum more crack!". with my father now living with me and him just cackling at every thing the rock says it was good to experience that with my father again.
