I just came here to post the exact same thing. He has the eye for detail which makes his Disney projects so immersive and takes me to places I may never go to in my life or places in time that have passed us by. A series on Disney+ would be fantastic as he's passionate about what he does.

This is part of why Animal Kingdom is my favorite park. The attention to detail is stunning everywhere you look, and Joe had so much to do with that.

This might be the best video uploaded onto the Disney Parks channel and shows why Animal Kingdom is a park that needs to be protected from inappropriate IP and remain true to its values. Can't wait for the rest of the series.

This is why Theme Parks are the most tremendous form of art on Planet Earth. They literally encapsulate EVERY SINGLE THING THAT MAKES US HUMAN, all of Art and all of Science, every discipline and craft we have developed as a species, every one of our dreams and hard-facts, goes into creating these Cities in Bottles. How is that _not_ the most significant artistic undertaking of mankind?

The detail in Animal Kingdom is fantastic. Love this park and was one of the things that inspired us to visiting far flung places, such as Nepal.

It’s wild that Joe’s choice to actually have the Kathmandu woodcarvers do the wood carvings instead of just taking their ideas back to imagineering for copying & tweaking is so revolutionary. That’s why it’s so amazing there! Plus I love how he’s like “yeah I got the stuff from actual Nepalese woodcarvers, and it’s right alongside stuff I got at the Rose Bowl.”

Joe should definitely have his own show❣️He has so many interesting stories. A fun piece of info: He was referred to as a creative genius in the Honolulu news when he was 10 years old.
