Try to recall if you've ever seen a regular ol' 80-year-old walk backward. If you have, you were probably hoping he or she wouldn't lose balance and fall over. Yet, there's Mick ... DANCING and STRUTTING backward, while singing and maintaining breath control. I'm sorry, but that blows my mind. 😃
The first time I saw the Rolling Stones in concert was in 1978. They had a new album called Some Girls. Mick Jagger was 35 at the time. Incredible how he's 80 and still rocking.
Did you ever see the interview from that tour when they were asked why they called the album 'Some Girls'? Without missing a beat, Keith answered, "'cause we couldn't remember all their f______ names..." :)
Mick you and the boys are jammin and rockin and straight sounding freaking awesome 🎉🎉. Charlie your playing with them you are just playing from heaven 🎉🎉
This is only their second show. Last week started the tour in Houston. My guess is the sound crew and the band will get better as the tour goes on. I’ll see them in Cleveland on June 15th. They should have everything dialed in and running hot by then.
Increible levantarme hoy jueves, venir al pc y abrir noticias y ver esta magnifica LIVE New Orleans Jazz Festival May 2, 2024 y tener el honor de ver Irma y MIck Jagger VIVA EL ROOCK.
J'Adore the Masterpiece Song Sympathy For The Devil 👿 Wonderful sound and Fabulous lyric 👿 Amazing Mick Jagger 👑♥️ exbition 🙆♀️🔥 Great concert 💎🇺🇲 GRANDI ROLLING STONES 💫💎🌟
I prefer them on a scaled down more intimate stage. I thought they were a bit rusty in Houston but they’re back in the groove now. Prefer Steve Jordan’s drums on this version 🕺
Keith has played the solos in this song much better in the past, maybe too often, i don't know, but I have the feeling that with the start of this tour the energy is a little out😏 After all, they have their impressive age. After all, Steve Jordan is good drummer.
"Mick Jagger is EIGHT MONTHS younger than U.S. president. The 42nd, 43rd, 44th and 45th U.S. presidents are all younger than any of the Rolling Stones and the band was started ten months after the 44th U.S. president was born in Honolulu.
Geriatric Rock n Roll. Like going to see your beloved grandfather at the Home and hearing his old stories. Warm but knowing he's gone before he has done. Just my opinion, but these are mangey old rockers which is bitter sweet anyway. Mange on old fellers.
