God I love the Rowdyruff Boys. They were such an interesting concept to me and I adored every episode they were in (still do now). Even after all these years they give me so much serotonin whenever I see them lol
The Rowdyruff Boys were CERTAIN to happen. The were made of Snips, Snails & Puppy Dog Tails whereas the main characters, The Powerpuff Girls, were made of Sugar, Spice & Everything Nice. It's all based on the old nursery rhyme
@@ViceN53X- The reference is from Fantasy Island, a show from the 70's-80's. The character's name who said "The Plane, The Plane!" Is Tattoo. Played by Hervé Villechaize, who was a little person.
@@MitzinomiFr. But I probably think they're doing that to toughen him up but taken it too far since they're entire schtick is toxic masculinity and Boomer is naive as hell
That would be great. Unfortunately from what I hear the creator, Craig hates the RowdyRuff boys and would never do it. I’m happy that he is going to continue with the series but, I have little faith that he would bring back the RowdyRuff boys.
@@jamiewilson6155 I got it from tv tropes. “Despite them being some of the show's most popular villains among fans, Craig McCracken has a stated dislike of the Rowdyruff Boys. While he considers their debut episode to be one of the show's best, he also felt that the characters themselves were one-note and that there was nothing further to be done with them by the end of the episode and finds the Shipping between them and the girls to be incredibly creepy. Despite pressure from fans and executives, he resisted demand to bring them back, something which ultimately happened anyway once McCracken's involvement in the series lessened in later seasons. McCracken himself still tends to ignore them when he can, and infamously left them out of the show's Grand Finale despite it featuring a Villain Team-Up with every other recurring villain in the series.”

To be fair, he never fought by himself before. Lol I love how he gives his brothers a "now who's stupid" look while crossing his arms. Lol How long was Bubbles even waiting there? If she was there the whole time and just waited until the other two noticed her to give a one liner, how did they not notice her? Lmao
@@denishiawilliams895 Funny enough, I think Brick is actually the smarter one of the 3 to correlate with Blossom. Not to say that he can't be as oblivious as them though. God I hope the boys get more episodes in the new NEW reboot.
The way the boys treat him reminds me a lot of how the tmnt brothers treat Mikey. It’s kinda cute though because one he’s hurt they raise hell 😭 brotherly love is very difficult to understand to me
@@arcturus7108 And if brothers are annoying each other they just fight it out. No long drama with the two being passive aggressive or inconveniencing each other.
@@bmwjourdandunngoddess6024it really is but it makes it so much more satisfying when Boomer or Mickey fight back: like Bubbles disguised as Boomer called Brick & Butch jerks when they asked about the candy, and they just laughed which indicates that Boomer stands up for himself at least every once in a while so thankfully he isn’t just getting picked on all the time. And after that episode where Mikey ran away in the woods to those frog people Mikey doesn’t let the other turtles walk all over him anymore and even stood up to Ralph when he did try to mess with him
Boomer is airheaded and ditzy and the most innocent and even tho he's not bright he's still very cute and lovable kid who is naive in a not bright way but remember he's still a kid and his brain is developing he doesn't really know what's going on most of the time and not to mention his personality is super similar to cat valentine from victorious and sam and cat

@@renzluigiaquino7608 A redemption arc would’ve been cool and when you really think about it, the reason Boomer is the least bad is because Bubbles is naive and very kind and sweet.
The RRBs were pretty much identical in their first appearance but I love how their personalities were later turned into the warped version of their counterparts.
I actually like Boomer he's really awesome. The rowdyruff boys need their own spinoff series that focuses on them solely. For those who like Boomer like me please comment, Brick (blossom's counterpart) drop a like and for Butch (Buttercup's counterpart) comment aswell.
@Itz Faithyyy yeah defiantly they are awesome I particularly like the idea of the writers making an opposite gender villain to the main hero of the show it's amazing.
I believe the Rowdyruff boys looking and behaving like the PPGs is the idea. They behave like them but to a much greater extent like Butch (buttercup's version) has an unlimited desire for fighting and toughness whilst buttercup does love violence she sometimes realizes that it's wrong and learns her lesson. Brick is almost like Blossom being a good leader to his bros but unlike Blossom who is normally gentle, thinks things through and calm Brick is rude, violent and doesn't use common sense. Boomer is almost the exact to Bubbles as they're absent minded, simpletons and curious.
People hating how his brothers slap or insult him around don't understand that it's part of the comedy. That's how brothers be. He's an unintelligent character in a funny way too. On top of that, folks want to cry of how bad boys treat the other bad boy who causes chaos for a hobby just as much as them. Really. No different just more stupid. EDIT: Wow y'all must get offended easily on how other shows have slapstick humor on the idiotic characters. Shows how soft the generation gets. I mean really? Brick: You calling us Stupid??? Boomer: We'll show you stupid! Brick: *Facepalm* *Wam!!* Instead of laughing, crying kids mad at Brick for being mean to his idiotic brother. Again soft generation.
Honestly, I think they could have a chance, especially when you remember that the only real villainous act they care about is destroying the Powerpuff Girls.
@@calebray1834 Correction: That was the sole reason they were made/revived (even if Mojo and HIM loves those 3 as if they were their own kids). Beyond that, they can be just as kid-like as the girls (especially Boomer)
Bruh I was OBSESSED with these guys when I was little. I tried to make up a cosplay but I never finished it. I even had a whole ass birthday focused on them lmfao.
I definitely enjoyed the RRB, and Boomer is my favorite. He's certainly just as cute as his PPG counterpart Bubbles. I really wish there were more episodes or specifically a spinoff of them.
I feel like the relationship between The Rowdyruff Boys in my opinion was meant to satirize the relationship between the Powerpuff Girls. An Example would have to be that Blossom and Buttercup would berate Bubbles at any chance given, but with The Rowdyruff Boys, its basicially like that, except its over the top as possible, with Boomer saying something, and Brick/Butch beating him up and being like "Can you believe he's our brother?", I wouldn't be all that surprised if Blossom and Buttercup said the same thing, although in retrospect, it would be hilarious.
Poor Boomer, he just wants to have fun and Brick and Butch make fun of him and hit him, he deserves better, I hope in the upcoming reboot the boys will get more content
Funny detail 2:12 Boomer: cool jawbreaker Blossom: you called 2:23 bruise on his jaw and shattered teeth Blossom was not playing 😂 the girls are ruthless when candy is involved just ask mojo
Boomer and Butters from South Park both have similar personalities:Both have blonde hair, are naive and are often abused, bullied or otherwise Mistreated by others, especially Boomer gets bullied by his brothers while Butters gets abused by his parents, grandmother and bullied by Cartman.
Snips, Snails, and Puppy dogs tails These were the ingredients to creat the perfect little boy. But Mojo Jojo intentionally added an extra ingredient to the concoction. Chemical X! Thus the Rowdy Ruff Boys were born!
I don’t think Boomer was even intended to be the nicest of the boys. If you read the DC comics, he’s actually aggressive even compared to his brothers. Maybe people not knowing what to make of him and turning him into Bubbles 2.0?
Boomer: You girls are gonna eat your words, spit ‘em out, and eat ‘em again! Blossom: That…doesn’t even make sense? Boomer: I know you are, but what am I? Classic kid comeback. 🤣
I wish more was done with these guys. Mrs Keane straight up grabbing them by the ear and making them go to school and they actually get smart. Make them rivals on all fronts.
l actually like Boomer he's really awesome. The rowdyruff boys need their own spinoff series that focuses on them solely. For those who like Boomer like me please comment, Brick (blossum's counterpart) drop a like and for Butter... Ler mais
Boomer's my Rowdyruff Boy similar to how Bubbles is my favorite Powerpuff Girl and here's why, Brick is too bossy and Butch is really mean while Boomer feels like the lesser of three evils.
