I am actually starting Field Hockey next school year. I was confused because I have actually never played the sport before, but it seems to be clinging in my head now that my friends sister plays.

this was so helpful when i was starting out !! I still every now and again watch to get a brief update and refresh my mind!! I HIGHLY recommend , especially for beginners!!!
